They didn't register my battery in my BMW after replacing it, leading to battery malfunctions and other electrical issues. My lead-acid battery was registered as an AGM.

My daughter & I experienced a significant problem with the fuel tank system of our Audi while returning to Canada over the Easter weekend. Despite being fully booked, Auto Works agreed to look at our car on an urgent basis and got us back on the road the next day. Very grateful for their help and caring customer service.

This is great shop with good customer service, good communication, fair pricing, and high quality work. I have used The Auto Works for all service and repairs on my VW GTI for the last 6+ years. They have always been very honest, fair, and up-front with me. They never try to push unnecessary services or repairs and they have followed up extensively to ensure issues are properly fixed.

Amazing customer service! I stopped in because I got an alert for my coolant levels while on my way to work in big sky. They were so accommodating and able to help me right away. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here, considering I have two foreign cars.

I'm owner of a 2004 Discovery. After reading with the run around from other shops, Auto Works has been more than an oasis in the desert. Sam, not only fixes the problem, but looks at everything else like fluids, tire life and more. So happy I've found this shop for my Discovery. Thanks.

We were visiting Belgrade from Colorado for a wedding and struck a deer 70 miles out of town. We wanted to make sure our Volvo was safe to drive back to Colorado, and although they were booked out for weeks they agreed to look at our vehicle for us which was really helpful. Had taken my 2012 VW Tiguan to Auto Works last week, and i am absolutely pleased with the work done on my vehicle! They got me in ASAP, there was no bs, and not trying to sell me anything I do not need. They replaced my oil separator, replaced the crankcase breather, and cleared the faults and my car already is feeling a heck of a lot better. Also, the price for the work done is a RESONABLE amount unlike other shops that i have been at. I am DEFINITELY going back to them for the more work i need done, HIGHLYYY recommend!

Last month, I was driving across the country. Got caught in subzero weather and encountered some dicey issues with my diesel BMW X5 engine that would have stranded me in Bozeman. I called on short notice, and they had me in the shop and back on the road in less than 4 hours, despite being understaffed on the day I needed help. Can't speak highly enough of their service, speed, and professionalism.

We set up an appointment and they cancled because they were too busy. They are also hard to get in to because they are short staffed, but if you can get an appointment you will be happy with their work. They did a wonderful job on our car and were honest and the price was fair.
