Auto Doc was no disappointment! Took My Jeep to get repairs. Chris took care of my Car. He was to the point what was going on with my car, honest about it, took time to show me and explain the problem fixed it and follow up. The experience was really 5 stars customer service. I totally recommend Auto Doc. This will be my mechanic place now. I will also bring my other Jeep in for service.

Dropped in to get my headlights checked. Great speed and customer service. Said it would be a few hours and then they’d give me an estimate. Took about 30 minutes for them to call and give me a quote. I couldn’t do it currently and they were so nice even though I didn’t spend anything. Will be back when my budget allows.

To quote a Stromberg-Carlson TV ad circa 1995, "Expensive, and darn well worth it!" They fixed everything I identified that needed fixing, using OEM quality parts. Fast turn around as well.

Went in for 25,000 mile service, they tried to upsell me a decarbonization treatment for USD 395 they claimed was advised by Toyota every 8,000 miles (though not on any of the manuals) when picking up the car, and after payment by debit card I was forced to accept a mechanics lean on the car to get the keys back (not in case of non-payment, just every customer is required to accept a lean on the vehicle regardless)

I took my 2004 Chevy Tahoe for service last November. There was an electrical problem that stopped my vehicle from running smoothly. Instead of the mechanics running the diagnostics and showing me exactly what their progress was in finding a solution, they charged me about $6k in parts and labor for things unrelated to the vehicle malfunction and insisted that they had done everything they could to resolve the issue. My vehicle still never ran smoothly after leaving their shop. They never even considered the wiring. Please get a second opinion if you go to these guys first. So if you read the response from the owners of The Auto Doc, instead of The Auto Doc taking accountability and apologizing for their negligence and unprofessionalism they are choosing to question the validity of the user account to confuse readers. What difference does it make when I leave a review? I decided to leave this review after getting a second opinion and after my vehicle was serviced from a real mechanic. Not people who take $6k from a customer and "do the best they can." People do not want to continue taking their cars back and forth to mechanics who fail to find a solution and charge them for each visit. I brought my vehicle to Auto Doc with the expectation that your mechanics would find a solution that would be affordable. I was disappointed and left with the vehicle practically in the same condition it was after spending $6k with you all. Regardless of what my account name says and when this review is posted, The Auto Doc and their mechanics are not good people. Drivers in the city of Houston be warned.

Thankfully we don’t need too much service to our vehicle, but when we do The Auto Doc is our first call. Chris is super transparent with what to expect and truly wonderful at communicating with me on updates. Their work has always been reasonably priced, they are thorough but quick to get the car back to us. We highly recommend them!

I had a horrible noise coming from bottom of my Lincoln. Turns out an undercarriage plate had come off and was dragging on the ground. They only charged me $40 to fix it. I think that's the least expensive auto repair ever! And they were prompt and courteous. I've abandoned my Lincoln and Ford dealerships for AutoDoc for good!

I went in because my car was overheating, Chris said everything was good and that all it needed was antifreeze after running for 30 minutes, and driving it around the neighborhood still he assures me my car overheating is not the problem. A week later was the first time I ever experienced my dashboard lights flickering on and off, car won’t accelerate, it’s now parked because it’s unable to move. I called Chris and told them what my problem was his response “sounds like it’s overheating”….absolutely smacked in the face. I asked about towing to the shop, as he told me if it’s an overheating issue hells take care of it, then tells me the tow company he works with was out of town and he would have to get back with me the next morning. He never did. From what another mechanic says my car was tampered with. Not sure I can trust this place again after this experience.
