no complaints on how they fixed my car i’m frustrated that they kept my car overnight with no warning. i took my car in at 8:10 thursday morning. i feel that i wouldn’t have even gotten a update on my car that day if i didn’t call at 3:45pm and said that they just got my car in (which i get, things get busy). i called at 6:17pm that day and the after hours lady was kind of rude and had the attitude of “why would i know, i’m the after hours person” and couldn’t give me any update on my car. it was incredibly inconvenient that no one called me to tell me that they would keep my car overnight. i dropped my car off at other places and have always gotten my car before they closed. i excepted to have my car on thursday around 5:30-6pm. i had grocery pickup planned and i needed to pick up my medication that night and i wasn’t able to do that or make other plans since no one notified me. my car wasn’t ready until 4pm on friday. i get things get busy but why bother scheduling me for a day if they didn’t have the time to get to my car? the people were super nice but i don’t know if i’ll be back

The people at Auto Connection are very considerate. They also know what they're doing, well. They go the extra mile in everything. They'll offer a ride home if you have to leave your car there. They stayed late to finish working on my vehicle so that it was safe to drive home. My brakes were shot and about to go out. These people have good hearts. They're also the cheapest that I've found in Lincoln. I strongly recommend them.

My car's light circuit professionally done by them and in time. It was good experience they got most parts and fittings at the same place so you can get a quick fix too.

The auto connect is filled with great people with great personalities and "get it done" attitudes. I don't own a car, but I've been with people I know when they were getting their cars looked at. Turn around time is great. The techs are knowledgeable and know what they're doing. They work with you to make sure the job gets done right. Ten out of ten for me. When I eventually have a car and start driving, this is the place I plan to use.

I took my son’s car to The Auto Connection after being referred to another shop by our tow truck driver. The other shop had the car for over a week and still was unable to find and fix the issue. But once the car was in the hands of The Auto Connection shop they were able to find and fix the issue within days and also repaired errors done by the other auto shop. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use them as our mechanic.

We had a broken brake line and live 4 hours away, Pete was able to squeeze us in and repaired it within about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them, they are honest and friendly and completely reliable!

Extremely pleased with the communication and service again. The extra service provided for this go around was extremely helpful. The Auto Connection had to put some extra effort into this front suspension repair and nailed it. This tired old truck drives great again. I would recommend them to anyone. My alternator died on a Friday afternoon on my way out of town. Auto Connection took my towed car just as they were closing. I had a call with an estimate on Saturday and it was fixed by Monday afternoon. They were fast, efficient, very nice and their shop waiting area is really nice. I was very impressed!

I was seeking a new mechanic after mine retired. I have been very impressed with this shop! The employees are professional and both times I've had my vehicle serviced it was completed in a timely manner and I've been very happy with the outcome. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. Their lobby is the nicest I have seen in any auto mechanic shop outside of a dealer. I was able to continue working remotely from their shop as I had my car serviced using their free internet. This is where I will continue to have my car serviced moving forward!

pete and the gang are very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. they have been taking care of our honda, nissan, and mazda cars for almost 10 years, from regular oil changes to radiator and axle replacements. we would highly recommend them for honest, quality service and fair pricing.

I can't speak highly enough about Auto Connection!! Everytime we come in for an oil change, they are always so friendly and helpful. Disabled truck was dropped off on Sunday evening. Heard from Phil Monday mid-day with analysis of problem. Repair was completed by mid-day Tuesday. Phil gave me a complete debrief of the problem and its resolution. He also gave me an encouraging evaluation of the overall quality of the truck. I would recommend this AAA business.

Engine light was on our Range Rover. Not alot of repair shops service Land Rovers here in Lincoln. The Auto Connection does and they ran a full diagnostic on ours and all is good. The shop is clean, orderly and the service was beyond our expectations! We highly recommend these guys and will be servicing both our Rover and our Mercedes-Benz here from now on. I looked all over Lincoln to find a better repair shop but every one of them is as pricey as the other ones. I was thinking of going to another state but then my friend came and was recommended to try this place. And this is what you need to know about this place. Fast workers, cheap labor and the service is much better than any other shop that I have been too. I would always pick this shop for any repairs. Thank you!

The auto connection. They are honest mechanics who you can trust who are reliable and will not cut. Cut any corners and have the best prices in Lincoln. I would definitely recommend their repair shop for the auto connection.
