I have an 09 F150 that's 16 years old now... Knew it was in need a new serpentine belt and shocks/struts replacement and wasn't looking forward to it. Typically I DIY but it's cold out and I wanted things done right. I went online and scoured reviews for a good mechanic for quite a time and came across The Auto Center. They had excellent reviews and were close so I thought I'd give them a ring. Spoke with Greg (owner/operator) on the phone and he said he could get me in the next day, well ok! He was very straightforward with me and found all the things I mentioned with an additional issue on the brakes which I had suspected but wasn't sure on. Called me after he found the new issues and sent me a quote via text. We spoke a couple of times before we settled on how to proceed. He wasn't pushy at all and explained what needed to be done and why. In one day everything was done and I was out the door with excellent service and a reasonable price. I'll be back if I need more work done and I'm glad to recommend them to anyone!

He’s went well above and beyond in helping with my vehicle including picking up my vehicle at my home and giving me a ride to my house. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer and am blessed to have Greg take care of my SUV.

Finally... It's been a while since I've had a mechanic I felt I could trust with my vehicles. I have two aging Toyotas 16-17 years old and either mechanics want to replace everything or don't want to work on it at all. Frustrated, I attempted some repairs myself with middling success, but with five kids, a career, aging parents and volunteer work, I don't have the time to mess around. I had heard good things about Greg and The Auto Center and saw reviews saying they aren't afraid to work on somewhat older cars. I also found out they sponsor the local HS choir program of which my daughter is a part, so there's that too. So, I brought in my car that was giving me fits. They did a full work up checking all the major systems of the car so that we know what all issues there are. Man, there was a lot wrong, but the majority I already expected because I knew there were issues. The bill was high, and I was concerned because my job had been sold to another company and I didn't know what was going to happen with my income. Greg was very understanding and discussed different options and recommended the few things he felt should be prioritized until the finances could handle more. The work was done quickly and drives much better. I will be having the rest done here in the near future. Unfortunately another vehicle decided to stop blowing hot air on one of the coldest nights of the year and shortly after I discovered the spring on my front strut had broke. Time to call Greg! He went through the same process and has my vehicle up and running after quite a bit of work. However, on the drive home, dash lights came on. Called Greg in the morning and he said bring it in right away. A few hours later he discovered what the issue was and made the necessary repairs gratis. Thankfully my financial situation is better known and I was more comfortable with the costs (which were substantial, but fair). Otherwise I likely would have taken him up on the financing arrangement they offer through a third party. I appreciate Greg because he doesn't just tell you what is broke/needs fixing, but takes the time to tell me what is wrong. Further, his crew has shown they have the know how to troubleshoot problems where other shops just kind of shrug or guess as to the problem. They get it fixed. And if something is wrong with the repair I have every confidence they will take care of me. Well done guys! There's just nothing like having a good mechanic you can trust. By the way, they are not open on Saturdays. While a minor inconvenience, I respect that. It's a bold move for a small business, but it shows Greg cares for his crew. People need time off.

I was in need of a new mechanic. The guy I have been going to for years relocated too far for me. So, I spent hours looking at reviews & making phones trying to find a place. Finally, I came across The Auto Center. I'm so glad I did!!! The reviews were amazing, the commination was wonderful, & the service was even better! Greg & his workers are absolutely top tier. I dropped my car off around 8:15am by 10am, they knew everything my car needed. By 2pm my car was done. I highly recommend them!!! Overall 10/10!

Just had another great experience at The Auto Center! Had tires installed at another shop, because I didn’t realize The Auto Center was now doing tires. The other shop found one of my front springs was broke and gave me a quote of $1200. They wanted to put $100 struts on my truck and charge me $315 for them. No thanks. I called The Auto Center and they were able to get me in the next day. Dropped off first thing in the morning they had both front struts and some other things done around 12:30. Greg and his team are great. The only negative I have from this experience, which is honestly just a personal preference, but when I walked in the building to pick up, I was hit with a cloud of cigarette smoke from the guy sitting at the desk and had to stand there trying to breathe while the he searched from my paperwork. Thankfully, Greg walked in right behind me and knew exactly where my paperwork was so I could get out of there. Like I said, personal preference. Keep up the great work!

Great customer serverice, quick response time, worked on my foreign imported car, efficient communication, and affordable price. Greg helped me out with my German imported 1992 Ford Sierra GT. There were no American vendors with parts. Greg was still able to provide repairs to my car with the acception that I provide the parts. I brought the car by early in the morning with an hours notice. He had the car looked and a quote in my inbox the next morning before I even woke up. Had a three day turn around for repairs. I was blown away. Great shop. Will be using this shop in the future if there are any issues.

Greg and his team are wonderful! They work quickly and effectively. I have gone here for multiple car issues and they are able to find the issue and fix it within the day, if not a few hours. Greg makes sure you understand what the problem is and how to address it/prevent it in the future. He also works to give you the best, most reasonable price. I brought my car into The Auto Center because I was concerned about the quote my dealership gave me. The Auto Center was able to repair the issue (vs a full replacement that was unnecessary). They also did a full inspection of the car and discovered the issues. The owner walked me over to the car and pointed out the things that were wrong. I was very pleased with the speed, quality, and price of the service.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided to me. The work was done efficiently, the pricing was transparent and affordable and above all the employees were exceptionally kind and hardworking. As someone who is fairly naive to cars, I very much appreciated how the employee explained each repair to me in good detail, explained all my options and gave solid advice. I can tell the people at this shop are honest and good. I will most definitely be advising all my friends and family members to take any and all car issues to the auto center.

Not only did I receive a very fair price for the work done on my suv, I was also previously misdiagnosed by another shop. My issue was not only listened to but truly heard. Then they took my suv for a test ride and let me know the real issues and other minor issues they could foresee. Bottom line all our auto work will now be done here. I’m very grateful for the time, attention, and looking out they did for me Greg was who helped us and he was fantastic.

We have had several vehicles repaired or serviced with Greg at the Auto Center. Their work is top notch and always completed on time. Prices are always within reason. They even drove my wife home when I was not available to pick her up. They have completed everything from oil changes, to replacing headlights, to fixing a major problem with our fuel system and replacing shocks and struts. Greg and his crew are very knowledgeable about most vehicles. They will give you their honest opinion on whether or not the repairs you need are warranted or needed.
