The one review is mainly for leaving my car window down after getting the vehicle on. I was able to get my car to the other dealer to get it rolled back up. the car has computer issues but leaving the car window down in a season full or rain is not acceptable when having the vehicle returned.

The crew in this shop was extremely professional! They did a full inspection on my truck and they provided a real time document that showed all of their findings filled with photos and videos. I initially brought my truck in because my rear tire was pushed further back and the rear was fishtailing. They were able to pinpoint the main issue along with other items. I was able to chose which items I wanted fixed online so there was no pressure from them at all. They did a fantastic job for a great price. They were able to fix my truck in such a quick notice and I was able to drive it all the way to Texas with it with zero issues. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to get their vehicle fixed right!

I found the owner and staff at "That's My Mechanic" to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and aware of today's technology where cars are concerned. You are made aware of exactly what's wrong with your car. You're also shown on a large TV screen what work went into your car. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend this crew. You will definitely be pleased.

AWFUL service!! would not recommend, a family member of mine took their car for a simple headlight fix due to the recent storm the car was dropped off at 9am, 3pm car still wasn’t ready, would not recommend!

It’s the integrity for me! Where do I start?! That’s My Mechanic was hands down the best repair shop experience I have ever had! They quickly and accurately diagnosed an A/C issue with my vehicle and had my car back to me in less than 48hrs. They literally are a “well-oiled” machine when it comes to their operations! I appreciate the thorough and detailed inspection report, as well as the videos analyzing each issue and allowing me to see for myself. They also take the time to go over each issue and video with you to ensure you understand. That’s My Mechanic is an amazing mechanic shop. I had the pleasure of working with Jay and Shotyme. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They offer me some helpful tips as to what the issues were in the order of importance that needed to be taken care of. They stayed in constant communication with me at all times. They showed my son and I the video of what was checked, worked on and completed! This gave us a visual of what was done. This has been an amazing experience! I will definitely be coming back for all of my car needs! Thank you for providing great customer service!
