I was in a jam. Moving and packed ready to go when I found my two front tires were bald and front end out of alignment. Lew saved me and got my odd sized tires within an hour and set up an alignment for me so I could go on my way. Thanks to That New Tire I made it on my way.

flat tire at 2:45 the day before thanksgiving. called that new tire and was set up by Luis with a nearby shop for the installation. he had the tire delivered and i was back on the road with my new tire by 4:00. possibly the best service by a retailer -- of any prodcut or service -- EVER. cannot recommend them highly enough.

Extremely helpful and communicative they got me a new tire and sent someone out to change the tire within a few hours. Lazaro the tech was extremely quick and helpful. Had the worst experience I've ever had with a flat tire. He went above and beyond parking in a heavy traffic area to hand change my tire and get me moving again. Didn't expect front door service in such a crazy situation. He will take care of you

Lewis absolutely saved my behind! I had to evacuate the west coast due to Hurricane Milton and a tire got punctured and wasn't repairable. I barely limped my car into the area. I called him and within 30 mins (literally), I drove off with a new, solid tire. He pulled strings and hooked me up. It was cheap and super quick. It felt like an old school, easy interaction. These guys are real, and all about fixing problems. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you!

Lew was super friendly and professional helping me to change my LT tires. He gave me a very good price and sent me to a very nice tire shop. I had a problem with the tire sensors and he arranged everything for they could be fixed. I am thrilled with my new tires, sensor problem is gone and I drive better. The customer service and order of tires was good with Lewis, but we were sent to the terrible installers (Tire King Miami 2), they chopped off the rims, and did not want to be accountable for it. I recommend Lewis but I do not recommend the installers we were sent to by them.
