Got my truck repaired very quickly there, and they saw some minor issue that they just repair for free. Awesome people there! I love how the mechanic took care to keep the inside of my vehicle clean while they worked.

They charged me $330 for changing the ac van controller cable. Even though the original cable price was $23 on ebay and the checkout price was $130 dollars, I had to have it done. I think it is an overpriced mechanical shop.

My AC was acting up and I had my skid plate scraping on the roads. Barry and his team took care of it on the same day and with a really fair price. I would definitely come back again if I had any car troubles.

My new fav repair shop! I just moved back to the neighborhood and needed a repair thanks to a rough road busting up my car. The shop was honest about the damage, timeline, and costs of repair, all the things you hope for when trusting someone with a sudden, unexpected expense. Parts showed up late (as is common) but they kept their timeline promise and even used some creativity to save me from having to take the car to the dealership to finish the repair (due to a software limitation). Looking forward to bringing my car back for regular care, and grateful for having a local car shop I can trust!

Usually when you really know your car you know what needs to be repaired .I just don't like when the phone rings from the auto mechanic and I have to hear all the exorbitant prices. Not here! I actually smiled because the price was within what I hoped it to be. Then I realized I've been getting gaffled from the 15 year mechanic I was loyal to. Thao auto repair only fixes what needs to be repaired. He's not into you spending unnecessary money. On the other hand, sometimes we just want to fix what we want fixed and he may be reluctant. Persist. And he will still give you a fairer and reasonable price. TIPS *He prefers by appointment only. *You'll be in and out usually the same day. *The mechanics know their craft. *His communication is direct and he doesn't have time for small talk or a long story about your car. *Usually same day work WORK I'VE HAD DONE Brakes, rotors, synthetic oil change, new tires, balance, rotation, entire engine/transmission inspection I definitely recommend Thao because of the QUALITY and SAFETY of the work and then the price. PAYMENT Credit card is charged 3% Debit and cash, no fees Mobile pay-not accepted

They do a great job. They are consistently honest, often telling me I don’t need a repair that I think I need. In the past my wife has taken cars there for them to evaluate before purchasing, and they’ve been super helpful. On more than one occasion, they’ve had to do a little more than expected to fix the car, and haven’t charged me more. They honored their estimate. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Definitely trustworthy, I had never gone until now, they said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced in my car but it was most likely covered under my warranty. Instead of spending tons of money, they steered me in the right direction. Thanks!
