Texasland Auto Service has taken care of my truck and SUV for over 10 years. I retired 3 years ago and moved to Sulphur Springs and I still take my vehicles here when due service. 5 Star Service!!!

100 $ for synthetic oil change guess i dont know anything when another company quoted me 40. i came here by mistake called the wrong store. I said basic oil changed and they did a premium without my consent then when they parked my car it was on the curb. So when i pulled away it ripped my bumper off. they have up goodyear signs so one would think ots good year. but its not a goodyear. its fraud. how about the part where your ripped off my bumper due to ignorant employees

My family has been going here for decades- dad started on the early 2000's and now I take my cars here; their service is the best in the industry. I have known Tom, the mechanic/manager here since I was in elementary school. Can't suggest them enough. Very much like a old school mom and pop type family vibe.

I always receive courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service at Texasland Auto Service & Tire. Coolant leak. Had to have reservoir replaced. All liquids checked. Oil change.

I have used this company before. So I didn’t hesitate to call them again . Tom’s communication on each step of the repair was comforting. He explained what each repair cost and what I could put off if needed . I didn’t feel like he was trying to get as much money as he could . More like I want to get you on the road and come back . Highly recommend

I highly recommend Texasland Tire & Auto off if Rosemeade in Carrollton. They were friendly, ethical and professional. They (Tom) follow up with any additional observed mechanical issues before work is to be done & will work with you on any additional work that needs to done. They were recommended by a family member who has been going to them for 20 years....now I understand why.

I have been taking my car here for almost a decade. Every employee I have dealt with is wonderful and Tom is the BEST. I trust that Texasland is not trying to get me to have services completed that are not necessary, which is a great feeling being a woman who has felt in the past like I was getting ripped off because I know nothing about cars. I could not recommend Texasland more.

Very unprofessional, will ask you to leave your car overnight for an inspection and get angry when you question why? Just state you dont have time, plenty of tire shops around dont waste your time

I had my catalytic converter stolen (while I was in my apartment parking lot😭) and the wonderful people here at Texasland Tire & Auto were able to fix my car and have it back to me within only a couple of days. I don’t know a lot about cars, so I appreciated that their mechanics took time to explain what they wanted to do in a way that I could understand. They also gave me options for my repair, not forcing me to go with the most expensive option. I hope I don’t need to come back any time soon, but I will definitely be coning back here when my car has another issue.

More than an A1+ place for your car. I was literally about to kill myself in my pick up truck, the alignment was totally gone and tires completely off, it was 3 PM when I got there with the emergency and Jeff, the owner, fully understood my situation, a set of 4 new tires, complete alignment service done including getting my truck to its stock height. Now I feel that my truck just came out from the factory. I have never received such a great service like this before and much less a report of the service like they did. I am totally thankful to Jeff and his crew that to be fair, a review like this is the least I can do. They just don't have a new customer but a new friend also. Come and try them next time you need service on your car, the only thing you will regret, is not going there before. Thanks Jeff.!!!

Tom and Jeff do a great job of running the shop. I have been using my car here since 2013. I had a car where I asked their opinion on if I put another $1,000 into the repairs of it would last the year. They looked over the car, gave me estimates of what would have to be done in the next year to keep her running (she was a '99 and 175k miles in) and gave me the Dad advice I was needing of it was their daughter, they would recommend looking for another vehicle. I always get a good walk through of what is going on, what is urgent to fix, reminders of what is coming up next, how much parts will cost and everything before they do anything to the car. Everyone there is an incredible part of the team.

I think enough of Jeff and Tom that I have been trusting my Vehicle Service to them for over 20 Years. I moved from Carrollton to Oak Point 10 Year ago, but I still use them as my main Vehicle Servivce Provider.

I'll start off by saying the guys at the front were incredibly nice, friendly, and patient. Rare to find such kindness at an auto shop these days. However, I went in with a nail in my tire and it took 3 hours just to change out one tire. I didn't know it would take that long to change out just one tire, and I wish I had gotten some sort of time estimate so I could have prepared or gone somewhere else. I believe the AC was also broken in the waiting room/main area, so I sat through that the entire time. A woman came in after the 3 hours I was there, and she was instantly offered water, which I wasn't, so I felt very confused and ostracized. I may return for maintenance, but for my next tires I will likely go to Discount Tire instead.

We changed our tire and service provider to Texasland Tire & Auto after 20 years elsewhere. Jeff, Tom and the crew did a great job and were extremely happy with the new tires and alignment. Highly recommend!
