First of all, know a little about tires. My father started out with Good Year tire and rubber in Dallas in the mid sixties busting tires and retired with them in Akron Ohio in 2012 as some kind of big wig. Texas Tire/Denton is a joke, I’ve been there twice and both times I carried my own new name brand tires in to be mounted and balanced on steel dually wheels. Both times the wheel weights flew off and the ones that didn’t were used and mismatched weights. For your information clamp on weights are not meant to be reused, when you hammer them on they spread out to fit the wheel and they are trash after they come off that wheel. I paid for professional work and that’s what I expected. I’m a professional rig welder and when I finish a job that customer is not gonna have to call me back to do it right the second time because it’ll be done right the first time. Mounting and balancing tires is far from rocket science and you guys need to figure it out and get on the ball. Don’t respond back and tell me to bring it back and you’ll make it right, I don’t care and I’ll take it somewhere else that knows what they’re doing and it’s my mistake that I didn’t learn the first time.

Amazing guys. I was on my way home to Oklahoma. I ran over something on the highway and was able to limp my way to the shop. They didn’t make me wait and they fixed my tire for free and I was back on the road in about 15 mins. Super grateful for these guys! Life savers!

Really appreciated the professionalism and service this team offers. Had a blow out and was barely able to make it up there. The Texas tires team was able to swap my tire for me and get me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Shout out to Thor for getting everything swapped so quickly. Highly recommend!!! 10/10

Clay was able to help me with a plug needed asap, no fuss, completely professional and cordial. Was a really nice change from my normal dealing with other TT locations. Definitely solidified my future tire needs.

I Came looking for some new tires and left a happy customer will be back when I need some new ones. Customer service was top notch any questions I had they answered. Any one looking for tires I highly recommend coming to this location. Also There's a little food truck walking distance if you get the munchies waiting for your tire installation.

My husband bought a car from Best Deals Auto, who hired this shop to mount and balance a new set of tires. They were not balanced properly and at 60 mph, the steering wheel was shaking. He took the car back to this shop with the seller. They charged $25 per tire to re-balance the tires, which was what they had already been paid to do. They quadruple stacked the tire weights instead of spinning the tire 180 degrees. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

This place is a joke!! Took my car in for a tire and was told I needed an alignment and had three bad tires I was charged 265 PER TIRE!! Less than 6 months later BOTH MY BRAND NEE TIRES were ate up on the inside walls.. Took it to another tire shop close to where I got a 2 flats and was told the reason for that was bc THE ALIGNMENT WAS NEVER DONE! The girl at the front desk isn’t any help either I went to ask about warranty info she acted as if I was bothering her and very dismissive

Nothing but trouble service was super slow nothing was done on time and didn’t receive half the parts I paid for and the alignment I received at the end of the process was so bad I had to go to a reputable shop to pay for a new alignment and when I call them I get nothing but attitude it’s been months and my truck still is not complete and this is the third time I’ve had to take it back to them because they couldn’t provide the original shocks that I wanted even thought when we made the build plane they were fully available and ordered and now it’s been sitting in a shop for 24 hrs just for the 2 rear shocks to be put on my nephew could’ve done 4 bolt with his play set spent definitely never going back and will make sure friends and family use a better shop next time

They did a great job at a fair price. Discount Tire is no longer a discount. Texas Tire doesn't push the worthless warranty on you like Discount does so I got two new tires for a much better price than discount tire. No appointment needed. In and out under an hour after showing up. That's unheard of at Discount

DO NOT TAKE FOR ALIGNMENT!! they charged me 125 and basically left it like it was or worse one tire pointing to the opposite direction when I told the guy he said it was because of my steering stabilizer LOL he clearly has no idea what he was talking about and then said that the suspension guy was not even there that he did not know did not even offer me a refund

DO NOT BUY FROM TEXAS TIRES!!!! I went to Denton TT at the beginning of this month to look at and buy wheels and tires package. I was approved through their lender Acima for a certain amount and the sales rep at TT said they didn't have any of the wheels I wanted in stock and would have to order them, said it would be a week or so but would contact me after the weekend. I read the Acema lease and decided I didn't want to do it so it said I had 30 days to cancel so I sent in a letter to their resolution department stating I never took the merchandise and I wanted to cancel. Fast-forward to today, I have been calling and talking to both TT and Acima for over 4 weeks with no resolution and them pulling money out of my account every 2 weeks for wheels I don't have. Today Acimas response was that TT has confirmed that I did receive the wheels and tires cancel my request for dispute. I then called TT and they always have an excuse to not get me to a manager or owner. So now I'm screwed paying $4000 for rims and tires I never received. Don't go to Texas Tires or use Acima financial.

Updated: this was not my original comment, but I did change the comment based on the fact that they fixed the issue : Denton location: 9 Months ago My husband Bought 2 sets of rims & tires for our vehicles, we did finance them (now paid off) & had them put on as scheduled, I went from a 19” to a 20” tire & rims ,the other vehicle went from a 17 “ to a 22” . After they put them on I had to take my car back multiple times over a 4 month period due to an issue with one of my sensors not working properly/at all, however even though we did have to take it back up there multiple times, and after Andrew Manager/owner reaching out two or three times about fixing the issue with my sensor, the issue has been fixed and my sensor has been working just fine since they replaced it 3 weeks ago !!!! I appreciate them for fixing the problem without have to pay additional fees and taking accountability.
