My windows got broken at a hiking trail. Iman responded to my call right away and the time from call to him being in my driveway fixing the windows was less than 2 hours, even with bad weather blowing in. He was thorough and explained additional repairs that may be needed in the future depending on how badly the control mechanism was broken and showed me what to watch for. He was prompt, personable, and did good work. It was about $725 to replace 2 windows because of trying to get it done right away before snow came. I did not call any other companies to know about pricing, but he did exactly what he promised for the price he quoted. I was pleased with the work and would recommended this company.

Incredible customer service and responsiveness. My drivers side window was broken during a hike. Came across these guys after a google search and requested a quote through their website. In less than about 10 minutes I received a call from Iman. He quoted me a reasonable fee for the replacement and he was able to schedule me the same day. Communication is excellent, and the service was quick, high quality work. Was able to get most of the glass and vacuumed it up too. Hopefully, I won’t have another window busted, but if I ever need anything glass related, I’m 100% contracting these guys again.

My wife car window was not rolling up while she was at work on a cold MLK day. We didnt know what to do but we are lucky to have found Texas Reliable Auto Glass online. Iman responded to our call and was at site to look at my wife's car with an hr. Was able to diagnose and fixed the issue. It saved us lot of time from driving to a mechanic. And the price to fix was very reasonable. We totally trust Iman's reliability and honest work. Highly recommend!!

I was the victim of a smash and grab at Barton Creek Greenbelt. My front passenger window was completely destroyed. Iman was very prompt in addressing my problem! He responded to my request for info almost immediately with a reasonable quote. Not even 12 hours after my call, he came and replaced my window. As other reviewers noted, he vacuumed up all the broken glass inside my vehicle. He was very professional. If I ever need a glass replacement in the Austin area again (which I hope I don't), I will not hesitate to contact Iman.

Amazing job replacing my cracked windshield. He was very communicative, did a wonderful job, and was very kind! They even have a lifetime workmanship warranty and 12 months of chip repair. Hope I don't have to call them again (for obvious reasons) but if I do, I'll be calling him back!

I have used Texas Reliable Auto Glass for windshield replacement on both of my cars. They have competitive pricing, show up at the promised time, and deliver excellent service. They were able to get OEM glass for my recent repair (which I wanted) when other providers told me I would have to go to a dealership.

Unbelievably great experience with window repair despite my two vehicles being broken in to. Texas Reliable glass was prompt with handling my issue, got windows on order, and repaired within a few hours. I will now only use Texas Reliable Auto Glass on any other vehicle window repairs!!!

This lovely gentleman, Iman, came to my rescue to fix my broken-in car glass for so much less than Safelite or any other company I called. And he lives in Steiner Ranch! He was upfront with me, saved me money, came to my house asap, and even cleaned out the back of my car. Highly recommend!

Update: Needed to use Texas Reliable again because someone broke into my car. They were able to come to my house the next day and replace my passenger window. Replacement took all of 15 minutes, was hundreds cheaper than other estimates, and it matched my factory tint perfectly. Couldn't be more satisfied! Great price, fast, convenient, and fantastic attention to detail! They will come to your house or office for replacement, so you won't need to take time out of your schedule. Great communication with the office and technician, and they were able to get me scheduled right away.

I was in a bit of a jam time-wise to get the windshield on my Ford Edge replaced. Massive crack right in the line of sight of the driver. I called them after lunch on a Friday and they were here at 4:00. Amazing!

Last week 2 of my windows were smashed and my car was broken into Tuesday at Mount Bonnell and items stolen from my car. I tried Safelite and the dealerships for replacement and they were several days out and I could not wait that long. I found Texas Reliable Auto Glass through google and the reviews were very good so I decided to call. He met us at the hotel within 3 hours of calling and replaced both windows and cleaned out all the small pieces of glass. It is a small family owned business and they are very responsive and communicated throughout the entire time. I'm thankful and grateful to Texas Reliable Auto Glass as they helped us during a bad situation.

Extremely Easy to communicate with, polite as well. Very satisfied with the service that was provided, 10/10 would recommend to anybody that needed a similar service. it took them less that 15 minutes to completely install a whole new passenger glass window on my vehicle. would be my first choice if i ever need their type of services ever again.

Today was my second time using Texas Reliable Auto Glass and it is the second time I scheduled in the morning and the mobile tech had it done before 3 pm. Everyone is very professional and Iman was a perfect gentleman. Only people my family is going to use for this. I wish I could call them for residential purposes.
