I took my Ford Explorer to David for repair after trying, to no avail, to repair it on my own. Though nobody looks forward to spending the money required to have a mechanic repair their car, being able to find a mechanic you can trust really helps during an unfortunate situation. David and his staff at Texas Autoworx were kind, informative, and quick to get my car back on the road. I highly recommend them if you need your vehicle repaired.

In a word: AWESOME. We broke down while on the way home from a road trip and had our Escalade towed here. David got to work very quickly, dealt with my warranty company, communicated with me promptly, and replaced my lifters. Kenzie was always very helpful as well. I am so appreciative of their help in what was a bad situation for me!

Unfortunately i did not like the service that I was given here it started off ok as far as the conversation i had between me and George when it came to fixing my daughter car I was bringing it in because of a thermostat gasket which it had already been diagnosed they ended up charging me for a diagnostic fee and the Owner David who talk about My husband referring to well why I didn't get him to fix it since he knows so much was very disrespectful and stated he felt we came there to fight when it was our first time coming there I never felt good leaving there was not professional so I paid the fee even though we told them what it was n got my car and left just bad business later own he apologized for what he had said !! It's good to see everyone had a wonderful experience I can say unfortunately I did not!!

We had an awesome experience! Ford garage backed up for weeks and the truck wasn't running. It is our only vehicle. Had to have it towed in. David had it diagnosed quickly, installed factory parts, and performed other routine maintenance while he had it. He was kind enough to come and pick me up. I'm on a walker so that was a fantastic service. He is only a couple blocks from us, so it was extremely convenient! Thank you!!

I took my dad’s 2001 truck to this shop after talking to David. He was supposed to put an engine in and fix everything the other shop did wrong. He said no problem gave me an estimate on the phone that day. 2 weeks later he has another guy call me saying he was a partner don’t know his name. They had done nothing the partner told me that they couldn’t give me the letter that I had ask David for, I said no problem just fix the truck. David text me what exactly I needed done so I text him back what he ask for. Waited about 1 week finally called the shop and told the young lady that finally answered the phone and told her I was coming to pick up the truck. I said to her that I didn’t think they wanted to work on the truck she agreed. When I picked up the truck on Saturday apparently they had stuck it in the mud the truck had mud all over. They didn’t even bother to clean the mud off. I wouldn’t advise anybody to take a vehicle of any kind to there shop. David is apparently not a man of his word.Ps after reading your apology I had to add you never honored your estimate and you sent me a text after 2 weeks of waiting what I needed done. I told your so called partner what I needed. Never heard back a week later. I also told you the letter that you said would be no problem. Then had someone else call , I told your partner I didn’t need a letter. If you were a man you would have told me that your self. I just wanted the truck fixed.

Very good experience at Texas Autoworx! David is very professional and very knowledgeable about service and repairs done in his shop! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Came in for a rear break job, was in and out in less than 1 hour! Thanks for a great experience and fast efficient service! I will be back!!!

David does outstanding work he has been working on my trucks since I have had them He has put a new engine in my Ford and new engine in my Dodge. Has done everything from engines to head light to fixing my rear back door sensor. Fixed my ac in my Ford just the other day it blows really cold air. David is a good mechanic that you can trust. Which are hard to find.

Very impressed with Texas Autoworx. David diagnosed my car and had it repaired in a couple days. It had to be towed in and I was able to drive it out with complete confidence that it had finally been repaired correctly, even was able to see the parts that were damaged including the timing chain. Please don’t hesitate to take your vehicle to them, you will receive prompt and reliable service from a trustworthy mechanic. I must add that the service price was very reasonable and I will definitely trust them with any of my vehicles. Highly recommend!!!!
