I was referred to Texas Auto Stop by my mother, who has been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Given that she is 70 years old and on a very tight budget, her trust in this shop speaks volumes about their service and affordability. This week, I visited Texas Auto Stop for the first time, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Unlike many other places, there were no upsells or feelings of being ripped off. I know next to nothing about cars, so when my SUV started shaking and the check engine light came on, I feared the worst. Considering that this was just a backup vehicle with over 200k miles and rarely driven, I was seriously contemplating getting rid of it, assuming the repair cost would be exorbitant. However, Charlie at Texas Auto Stop quickly put my worries to rest. He informed me that it was only a spark plug issue and that my vehicle would be ready for pickup in just a few hours. I was so impressed with their honesty and efficiency that when I picked up my backup vehicle, I immediately dropped off my primary one for servicing. No more overpriced, expensive dealer repairs for me—I will be taking all my vehicles to Texas Auto Stop from now on. Trust anyone that can make my mom happy; they must be inexpensive and excellent at their jobs. When I took her to pick up her car, she jumped out and yelled, "Charlie!" like he was a family member. With such a strong endorsement from my mom, how could I not trust this shop? Thank you, Texas Auto Stop, for your outstanding service and integrity. You’ve earned a customer for life.

All Texas auto shop is located off of South Post oak and Anderson Road they fix tires your on your car they also do your brakes and they do inspection stickers as well. But when you need a good place to go to go to Charlie's off of South Post Oak and Anderson Road across the street from the Exxon gas station next to a shopping strip they have a liquor store a tattoo parlor etc.

DO NOT go here for a vehicle inspection. Aunjanee Cooper, the inspector, drove off in my SUV and went on a joyride. This is not part of a vehicle inspection. She was driving my car like a maniac, and I actually thought she was stealing my SUV. When she returned, she finished the inspection. She then said my vehicle passed and took my money. After taking my money, she proceeded to tell me that my vehicle failed inspection because my driver's side window tint was too dark. Thank God for my hidden dashcam, and I will be taking the footage to the police station, unless I am contacted and this situation is rectified today(November 18, 2023) by the owners of this business.

I have been taking my car there for 10 years now. Charles the owner is very pleasing and always greet each customer with a Smile and hello. Eric fix both my car and truck the best in southwest Houston. There prices are reasonable and fair.

Let me start off by saying this I usually don’t go to no shop I’m not referred to but I tryed my luck with this one an was very pleased I got my car dropped off by a tow truck cause it wasn’t drivable an they called me as soon as they could an told me the problem an price they were done in no time very honest nice an caring an they can get my money anytime I will be back great shop

Worst place to repair body car. We took our Nissan and they di6 horrible job and said there's no warranty Had to tale my car another's shop to repair what he did. Warning! You will waste your money there
