My steering wheel had turned stiff on my way to work and my battery light came on I ended up stopping by Terry's and they fixed it the same day. They were flexible and even drove me to my work and then back to the shop to pickup my car. Great service

I highly recommend Terrys! They are prompt, efficient, and they always keep me updated through every step of service every visit. I’ve been to Terrys a few times and went back for an oil change and inspection this week. They caught a few very serious problems I wouldn’t have know of until things went very wrong. They helped me out and were very reasonable. Everyone at the shop was nice and personable! PS Aaron is the best mechanic around!

ATTENTION AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP a customer brought their vehicle to my shop after Terry's north coast did over $3k of repairs. Some of the repairs were a new steering rack, new pressure hose, new return hose, and a wheel alignment. She had already took it back to them once since the repairs because one of her wheels fell off and it was leaking power steering fluid still. It was then brought to me because it was still leaking. All I can say is WOW! They charged her for hoses they didn't replace, multiple parts of the power steering were still leaking after 2 visits, and the steering wheel was almost upside down. I told her you NEED to take it back again to get the parts replaced you paid for. So after taking it back a third time to Terry's she brought it back to me again. Still leaking power steering fluid and steering wheel still way off center. They did replace 1 of the 2 lines they charged her for but the steering rack is still leaking. I performed a wheel alignment which was over 10 times past the spec limit. Look at the pictures of how far out this alignment is. THIS SHOP SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR WHAT THEY DID TO THIS CUSTOMER. Instances like this are what give repair shops a bad reputation to the public eye. I feel bad for customers who go threw this.

Great shop. Ryan is wonderful. Went above and beyond to fix significant problems with the VW and did it all so quickly. Very friendly place, good communication too. Would definately recommend this business.

I was driving on my way to a gas station to get some air and one of the gentleman that work there at. Terri told me to pull the lawn air in my tire and they sure that my tire pressure was accurate and I really appreciate his service i was on a complete flat

Used the Parma location. Had brakes replaced on my car a month ago. Then control arm broke last week. Took it back to have it replaced and they said my car wasn't worth the cost of the repairs and Jim told me to junk the car or sell it for parts. So I followed his recommendation. Worst decision. The guy that bought the car said he had no problems replacing the control arm. And now I have no car!! Do not trust this place.

I’m disappointed! I use to get my car serviced at Terry’s North coast auto. Today Tony the sale represents tried to charge me 405.09 just too look at my car. The price doesn’t go towards repairs! They tried to rip me off! Beware!

Ryan and the ladies&fellas at Terry’s Auto are the bomb. They helped me when I was stranded and lost in Cleveland! I’m from Michigan. They were nice, fast, efficient, competitive prices, and had theeee cleaned bathroom and lobby I’ve ever seen in an auto shop. And if that isn’t enough, Ryan has the best head of beautiful curly hair ever!!!! Totally recommend THANKYOU SO MUCH TERRY’S.

Very dissatisfied, had vehicle for over 2 weeks, $3,000 later worse then when it was brought in!!! and all the antifreeze was drained out, and truck is ticking, bent side bar on passenger side of truck also too much to list, so bad!

Was initially upset about the quote but mostly it was stress from holiday travel. Customer service was great and the reply to my bad review was solid. Changing to a 5 star. They are worth it.

Went to get something changed and before I went in no oil light or nothing now after they do work on my truck now oil light on didn't or wanted to check it out will never go back over priced and new staff no good
