I had an amazing experience with Teroo Tire & Auto Repair! The team was extremely helpful and got right to work as soon as I brought my car in. Not only were they quick, but their prices were also very fair, helping me save a good amount of money compared to other places I’ve been to. The service was honest and straightforward. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and affordable auto repair shop!

This place never misses. Every time I've gone has been excellent. Folks are always so kind and straight to the point. Never trying to upcharge or gouge you. Two new tires put on in 20 minutes. I will seriously never go anywhere else. Love you, my sweet Tero boys!

Arrived an hour and a half before closing with a flat tire from another car. Owner came over to greet me promptly immediately started repair of puncture through tread area. allowed me to observe entire process, did a very professional and thorough job, which included carefully clearing the wheel rim bead area to avoid slow leaks. All at a reasonable cost. Will be back for all my other Tire related needs! Highly recommended!

Found this place by chance. I’m the type of person who would not trust anyone besides Toyota with my truck. I am so happy I took the chance and stepped out of my comfort zone! This place is awesome! Went to get my tires replaced today, after weeks of looking for an affordable option. The owner was very friendly and even pointed out an issue with my rim (I had bent the wall) and cut me a deal on replacing it. The service was fast (Below 30 minutes), and they have super cute birds. Will definitely be going here from now on. 👍

These guys are first class... AWESOME!! I drove to Columbus from 2.5 hrs away to buy a used car. The car was making a noise. At 5:45 pm on a Saturday evening all other places were closed. I called and they said they were closing, but come quickly. Mechanic had already left and came back to help me. While I was there, another lady pulled up, as garage doors were open with my car on lift. Her tire was blown out and she was driving on rim. The other guy in shop was like, "we are closed, but I can't leave you like this.". He went and found a tire in back and immediately fixed lady's tire.

Omg, these guys are awesome!! They fix my tire puncture within 5 mins. I would have missed the work due to tire sudden tire puncture on my way to work!! If you need any tire repair and auto services, they are the one to go!!

This place was awesome! I pulled up, the gentleman jacked up my car with me and my little person in it, for which I was so thankful, removed the nail from my tire that was causing the leak, repaired it, put the tire back on and I was on my way for a stupid low price. To whomever that gentleman was, thank you soooooooo much! I had been driving for awhile with air leaking from one of my tires because I knew shops are using the pandemic, inflation, and everything else to make you leave your car with them all day in order for it to be serviced! Sure, I'll just drive one of my other cars while this one sits on your lot waiting to be serviced! Not! Thank you to my knight with shining car jack!

Friendly up in till you give them a suggestion on fixing a problem then they are nasty, he went out of his way to not use my suggestion, just to prove he was right, he wasn't right he just did the same thing the hard way

It was Saturday evening, and we suddenly needed TWO tires at once. We looked online for any place that would be open on Sunday. The gentleman at Tero's who answered said he'd stay open an extra half hour past closing to get us taken care of tonight. We got there as fast as we could (before the tires could deflate again!) and he was waiting for us, the friendliest, hardest-working man you could hope to find! Within a half hour, he'd replaced the rear tire and repaired the front tire -- for far, far less than we'd expected -- and we were on our way safely home. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

OMG! Wish I would have caught this guy's name. Pretty sure he was the owner. He was the only person working when I got stranded at his shop. My tires tread had separated and bubble over night and I didn't realize, till I made it all the way to Columbus. My car at this point, was an emergency and unsafe to drive. I have 19 inch rims and low profile tires. I called 6 shops in the area. No one could help me. I couldn't get a hold of my roadside assistance, which I pay for. This man at Tero tires didn't have my tire either. I was starting to feel helpless, as I was in the middle of a very busy work day. This man jumped on the phone immediately. He left me in his office, all alone and drove his own vehicle to go get me a used tire. Came back, fixed it and thank God! I was on my way. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable.

We were headed out of town around 4pm upon discovering a nail in one of our tires. Tero was the 6th place we called to see if anyone could squeeze us in by end of day and they told us to come on in. Twenty minutes later we were back on the road. Good service, reasonable price. Recommend.
