The owner. Of the company is very nice man and the Young man that changed my tire did an Outstanding job an was very nice an outgoing, done the job in a safe manner Thank you so much for your service. Will Recommend any time.

Just now got off the phone with them, very rude, I told them what my car was and size of tire he instantly corrected me, when I said I will go double check to make sure we have the right numbers. He said ya no need for that I know what I'm doing!!! When he told me the price I said I will have to see what my bank account says about it, he said okay then bye!!! VERY VERY RUDE!!!!

Great and friendly service. We broke down on 75 on a long haul. They were to us in about 40 mins and a new tire. They were friendly and fast. A little bit high but in an emergency situation with 3 animals on board it is worth every penny and a God send! Thanks again!!

We had a disappointing experience with this mobile tire shop on 11/23/2024. The only positive was the quick service, but it wasn’t trustworthy. We had a flat tire on I-40 during the holidays and called them in a panic. They assured us over the phone they had the correct tire, so we ended up paying about $400 for the service. However, the dealer later inspected our car and told us the tire was unsuitable and had to be replaced again—costing us another $400. As non-experts, we trusted them during a stressful time, but it turned out to be a costly mistake. I hope they stop making false promises to customers. We regret calling them and do not recommend their services. Edited after the reply: The owner’s response makes it even more disappointing. It completely lacks accountability - the mistake was avoidable with minimal care.

If I could give them no stars I would. I called mobile tire because AAA was unable to help because my car has a wheel lock key that was unfortunately not in the car at the time and they didn't have the key lock. When I called Mobile tire the owner said they had the part and that their technician had a "master set".....he even had me send pictures of my wheel lock key to confirm. When the technician showed up 2 hours later (I was in the car with my kids now 3.5 hours) he told me he DID NOT have the parts to my wheel key and proceeded to bang my wheel as hard as he could with multiple tools in an attempt to "get it off". If you know anything about wheel lock keys, this isn't going to work. After he decided that he wasn't going to be able to do it, I rightfully asked for a refund. They charged me 448$ (insane). I was told I'll still have to pay the 175$ service fee... to which my husband was rightfully upset about because the owner LIED about his technician having the "master set" The technician then yelled at my husband on the phone to "fight him in person." because he wasn't going to argue about a refund. They still refuse to give me a full refund even though they clearly did not help me at all. I would stay clear of these people! Extremely unprofessional, unnecessarily expensive and shady business just to make money off of service calls.

Excellent service reasonable priced for comparable market rate came on time as promised had all that need on the mobile truck to service tire issue . Hope I do not need the service but if needed I will definitely call them again. Very friendly people to work with .

Quick and responsive service at a good value. Can't really complain about the service fee seeing how you don't have to drive on a flat or with something stuck in your side wall of your tire or drive anywhere or pay even more for a tow truck. Overall I feel the pricing was fair for my new low profile tire and the service fee. I haven't been able to drive my car just yet since replaced but will update this review if needed but at this time they have a loyal customer and I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with these guys. We needed wheels/tires changed out on a car and they were literally at our door 30 minutes after I called. Super nice, efficient and did a fantastic job.
