10/10 service, explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle, including the tests they did to determine what was wrong. Explained what it would take to get my vehicle roadworthy and what could wait. Got my vehicle up and running as soon as they could. An absolute pleasure to work with. Would 100% recommend and use their service again.

I wish I came here sooner! Everyone is very nice and the diagnostic report is thorough with recommendations and warnings, including pictures. Pricing is reasonable and I feel confident in leaving my car with them. Will be my new car repair shop!

Telle Tire was nothing but helpful! We came in for a tire repair while in KC for the day. They were able to get us in for repair on extremely short notice and they were 100% transparent through the whole process. Josh and Christy were both so kind and so professional. I would absolutely recommend!

Pros & Cons: Pros - the lady at the service desk 'Crissy' was very cordial. Cons - I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and afterwards, I ran a couple of errands (20 minute timeframe), my oil light kept coming on, so I took it back to them to make sure the mechanic didn't forget to reset it. Well he did forget because right in front of me in the parking lot he reset it, and proceeds to check my oil to see if the engine had oil — I was perplexed because he was the one who changed it. I asked him if he was sure it wasn't an issue with the oil sensor ... he suggested I talk to Josh, the store manager who talks down to me by asking me if the red light I was referring to, was "like a little teapot." I responded, that the light that came on was the oil sensor light — he repeated himself, which was patronizing and very disrespectful! I told him I needed to make sure I didn't have a faulty sensor and that the light had never come on before, so he had the "mechanic" inspect it and later came out to tell me "something was wrong with the sensor". Long story short ... he prepares a quote for the part and labor to replace it, totaling $217 — the part costs ONLY $14-$16 and according to my neighbor who has worked on vehicles for 40+ years, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to replace the sensor. UNBELIEVABLE!!! In addition, the estimate he gave me had a 70% markup on the part and was charging me $107 for 45 minutes of labor!! They also wanted to charge me $33 for an engine air filer (a $15-$18 part). SIMPLY UNETHICAL! BTW while I waited for the oil change, I spoke to a young lady who had brought her car there last year and she told me they had charged her more than $2000 for a $600 repair! She never questioned them or compared prices elsewhere. CUSTOMERS — BEWARE!

Went in for simple inspection and was surprised to find out my windshield had the tiniest little chips in different little spots on it. Was told it could not pass inspection the way it was and had to have it repaired. The manager told me to take it to a glass shop to have fixed and return to complete inspection. 186 dollars visit to Safelite for fix then return back to Telle tire to get the inspection completed only to have them tell me it’s still not good enough for it to pass. People at Safelite could not believe that my windshield wouldn’t pass with such minimal damage. I feel like Telle owes me 186.00 for misleading me. Also had 10am appointment and they didn’t even pull car in to garage till 11am. Bad service all the way around. Watch out for Telle Tire! Come on man, what happened to customer service!

I have taken my car here for years for basic things like maintenance and oil changes. Recently my car overheated and water pump went out and i had it towed here. Although it took a little longer than expected to get it fixed due to having to order multiple parts from different places, the staff was extremely nice and apologetic and got my car up and running again. Customer service was top notch and I really appreciated all the help from Matt. Highly recommend them.

Out of towner and had low tire. Took there and they fixed quickly then said no charge! They finally agreed to let me tip the worker that fixed it. Strongly recommend

They helped solve my issues and explained what they needed to do before service and finished on time. Very good at keeping up with notifications on service completion or status of work, Went back today for my Safety Inspection and they are still as good as they were last time.

Awesome experience In KC for weekend, had low tire pressure the shop found a nail in the tire. Arrived at 8 as walk in on a Monday , was told 2 hours but they had repair complete in less than 1 hour. Courteous respectful and very professional clean shop. Highly recommend

Had a great experience there. Needed work on my brakes and they sent me detailed information of what needed to be worked on as well as letting me know the cost up front. Very friendly. Will definitely go back in the future.

I came here for a simple car inspection awhile ago and glad I trusted my gut. Young women PLEASE PLEASE do not come to this shop. I went in for a simple inspection, waited almost 1 hour and 1/2 just to be told my car didn't pass and was about to be given a speil about how I "needed" a new windshield, and several "new parts" for my car to pass. An inspection in the state of MO is $12, with this scheme of failing inspections, the company doesn't charge you the inspection fee to get it re-inspected. This shop was trying to get $300 plus for "new parts" with waiving my re-inspection fee. Thought they were slick not knowing I've changed mirrors and door handles on my own car and am not another young woman that they can scam. I was further validated when I went to Ryan's Car Care Center in Independence, MO and they did a fantastic job with PASSING my car and letting me know about maintenence that I need to save up for. This is the SECOND car I've tried with KC Auto and the first time I wasn't savy and got scammed for $650. Please please please all those in KC take my local guide warning and DO NOT VISIT ANY KC AUTO including this shop!

They were super fast. The front counter reps were friendly. I desperately needed 2 front tires and they had them in stock which I was worried about. So we weren't sitting around waiting while they were at lunch, they got us a lyft home and back when my car was ready. Very good service all around.
