Used to love this place. Great staff. Great service. But they no longer have Mobil 1. Going to have to find a new place.

What used to be Teeters was bought out by Kern Oil Change. I rolled up (it was absolutely empty) they tried to charge me $212 for an oil change when previously Teeters had charged me $140. I asked how much the place across the street was (Vavoline Instant Oil) and they said it was the same price. Flat out lied. Vavoline charged me $140☺️ I told them these guys tried to scam me so they gave me a $10 off coupon. Meanwhile, Kern Oil had NO CUSTOMERS, Vavoline was jamming. I gladly waited 10 min to get an oil change that was worth the price and service. Don’t let these guys scam you!!

I stopped by this local business for an oil change before I continued on a my long road trip across the country. The extremely honest technician told me that I had enough oil to make it to (even past) my destination and suggested that I just wait, to save money. He then checked my fluids and filled my tires for free. He refused to accept payment for anything, including topping off my fluids a bit. I couldn’t believe the level of integrity and grace at this business! Unfortunately, most of the world is not this honest or kind or professional. I wish that Teeters Mobil 1 Lube Express would be the standard for everyone! Thank you so much for making my day!

I went here to get my oil changed 12/20/2022.The guy who helped me had glasses on. Was the ruddiest person i ever met in my life, I asked him why it's so expensive $50.00 more than i spent down the street. He said because they will do it in 15 minutes, and no one does it that fast. I said that's still too much he said if i didn't like to bad. I told him if one of my employees talked to my customers that way i would fire him, he then started cussing at me as i drove through the bay and he came out of the bay flipping me off. And cussing at me.shame on you mobil one on coffee rd.Dont ever go to these people. I will be filing a complanate with their corporate office. Terrible terrible service.

My preferred location for oil changes here in Bakersfield. The supervisor there is super friendly and knowledgeable, got me in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
