I expected better from TW since they’re way more expensive cost-wise than all the other shops. I brought in my 2018 less than 45k miles Scat Pack for new tires and an alignment… not only did I wait over 4 hours for the job to be completed, but I had to bring the car back to have them do it again bcuz it’s vibrating and riding like crap but they put on the cheapest shottieat weigts that I know I’ll throw in no time. And they left the sticky backing from the old weights on the rims but it looks like they tried to get some off with a sharp metal object or tool bcuz they scratched the s#%t out of the inside of my rim. I expected to pay more than the average price for above average service but I guess i got ripped off. Gave 2 stars bcuz the guys were cool and they didn’t attempt to upsell me. Smart choice on their part.

Fixed a leaking tire with a new one; nail through the sidewall. Not fixable. Minimal time, no hard sales, courteous and friendly. Entered their loyalty club, no charge. Wife got synthetic oil change, air filter and cabin filter for less than just an oil change elsewhere. Club membership works throughout the country! This one is worth it.

I've been coming for a couple of years to the Rainbow location and totally recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. They work quickly and are time conscious.

Had one tire replaced through tirerack and used this place for assistance for repair. Had decent coffee and replacement, install, and balance was all done at a good price. Ceaser and the staff that day were awesome. Keep on keeping on Ted Weins.

My entire experience was and is always excellent! Peter is beyond amazing! He always goes above and beyond for ANY and ALL concerns I may have.. I not only bring my vehicle here, but I bring my husband’s truck here as well! Peter, is the reason you will continue to have my return business! This is my go to when I need real work done to my car. Great staff that does solid work. Reasonable prices with a quick turnaround. Best of all, is the piece of mind I have after they’ve done maintenance on my car.

terrible experience here. the guy that runs the place is a p.o.s. can and will charge you for anything. was told from multiple other locations that they can install (2 bolts) on top of my alignment anyway of charging because it’s less than a 5 min job. went here and the people up front were great. guy from the back comes in and tells me no. that guy says they are going to charge me 100$ for 2 bolts being installed. lost my business thanks tho.

Couldn't align my truck without attempting to sell me $900 of "bolts". Charged me anyway for "looking". No auto mechanic is worth $185/hour! Total sham. They've lost my business for life due to their egregious greed.

Your personal did nothing for me & the air-conditioning in my 3500 Silverado. I took it to another shop and they fixed it. It has been running with cold air since then. You have very poor personal at that shop .

I was impressed with the courtesy of the staff, to start with. I liked that I was shown various tires choices, to assist me regarding my limited budget. I really liked the absence of any pressure to purchase the higher priced tires.

I went for service because I kept losing air in my tire. The gentleman at the front was very helpful understanding and let me know what the price was at front if there is an issue. Once it was done, he said there was some type of a large rod stuck in my tire and I should be good to go. Excellent service and prompt responses.

This is the only place I trust my cars with anymore. They have fair pricing and do great work. When I had my brakes done recently on the rear of my car they noticed the front rotors had gotten hot spots and we're no good. Since I had those done by them the year before they replaced them free I appreciated that they stood by their work.
