I had a tire losing air over a 2 week period. Stopped at Ted Wiens Complete Auto Service yesterday where I found out it was caused by a nail in the sidewall. Chris found the exact tire to match the other 3 and told me he’d have the tire in a couple hours. I didn’t have time to wait. Returned this morning and the tire was mounted while I waited. I have always received great service here and would never think of going anywhere else. The Guys at Ted Wiens ROCK!

Today I had my oil change and tires rotated. The ppwk showed they did the Rotation, but they did not. Showing them the nail polish I put on my front tires , We're still on my front tires.Showing that they did not rotate my tires. I'm very disappointed in them.

Great service they stand behind. Had a battery die at 10 months old. They came out and towed my car back in and replaced the battery no charge. Very happy and will continue to have my service work done by Ted Wiens.

I had two appointments today for oil change on two different vehicles.. my first appointment was amazing took approximately 2.0 hours .. the store was extremely busy.. however I came back for my second appointment and I waited 1.5 hours and they were unable to fit me in for the second oil change. I realized that after 1.5 hrs my truck had not been moved.. in speaking with management they apologized for the delay but they ran into more issues with the vehicles in the bays and couldn’t accommodate my oil change.. I rescheduled my appointment to the following Saturday morning.. first appointment of the day to ensure I would be taken care of .. my time is important which is why I always make an appointment.. but most customers who walked in without appointments were addressed.. but I cannot verify this of course, but perception is everything .. I will continue to schedule work with Firestone because they are great at diagnosis and repair..and management was very apologetic about the situation.., unfortunately I understand when time just runs out.. everyone working was diligent in efforts but I was just a casualty of an over promised calendar.and under performance-.three stars for efforts

Not the best experience honestly. We usually have a good experience at other locations but for a first time here; it was disappointing. Got home and the lug nuts on the passenger back tire were very lose and one of the lug nuts that was on the driver front tire didn’t even match the original lug nuts. Very upsetting.

Omg like why do they have you book a appointment online tondrop off at a specific time when they still dont get to your car before others. Had a appointment for 7am just to get back brakes done and a brake fluid flushed its now 4pm and they are still not finished but they have got peoples cars finished that stayed and waited in the lobby. Hmmm does that seem right at all. Guess they dont think people that book in advance have anything at all to do that day so they can just wait 9hrs for brakes. Didnt even want to give one star but they wont let you go with zero starts.

This has become my go to place and I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Great service and communication plus car is actually fixed! Had taken my car to a handful of garages around town only to get the run around and be drained financially. This place was straightforward with everything and got me running quickly!
