I’ve had my vehicle service there several times they’ve always done a great job this time in particular I came in at 3:30 PM. They were able to do a front brake job with new rotors and everything before they close at 5:30. While it’s unlikely to be the lowest cost in town, they’re definitely high-quality and get stuff done in a hurry

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism practiced at your store. I walked into your store with my deflated tire while I was traveling with my family. It was at 4:52pm on a Wednesday and your staffs welcomed me and offered to solve my problem immediately even though it was 8 mins before closing time. Within a very short time, they reported to me as they found a small piece of blazer metal which caused the damage of the tire. Your staffs have been a life saver and they have certainly set a high calibra for the industry.

This was the first time I took my car for service at Ted Wiens on Eastern. It was by far a 5star experience from check-in to check-out. The service time was spot on. I had a service appointment that was estimated to be an hour and it took only 30 minutes. Yves was very helpful and friendly.

Friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I have taken my car in to the S Eastern Ave location a few times. Each time I was satisfied with the level of service I received. Most recently I went in for an electrical charging test after my car had an issue starting up the night before. No issues were found, but they were happy to take the time to discuss possible causes and go over different scenarios with me. I would recommend Ted Weins at this location to anyone who needs auto services and or/repair. They treat their customers well.

We have been going to Ted Wiens for years and they always take good care of our cars. From oil changes, a nail in a tire, changing a tail light bulb to a major A/C issue, they are honest, professional and courteous.

I brought my 2017 Toyota Sienna into this shop 25 days ago to have my tires rebalanced. When I was there, I noticed that my car had its hood up while it was up on the rack as did several other cars. I wondered then why they would have the hood up just to rebalance and rotate my tires. That was 662 miles ago. Today, I went to the car wash since I have been driving down a short dirt road 3 or 4 times a week to run my dogs in the desert and it had gotten pretty dusty. When I opened the hood to wipe off the engine, I was shocked to see that my oil filler cap and oil dip stick were sitting in a tray up by the windshield wipers. The tech who removed them forgot to put them back, so I drove 662 miles with my engine oil open to the atmosphere and dust. I immediately drove to Walmart to purchase 5 quarts of 0-20W Mobil 1 Synthetic oil and a new filter and had to send my wife out for more since I forgot that it requires almost 6 quarts per oil change. I also had to purchase a new oil filter removal tool since mine was up at my primary residence in Wyoming. After $81 for oil and tool, the vehicle is in my garage draining the oil overnight. I can only hope that my oil filter prevented my cylinder walls and valves from being damaged from dust particles in the oil. When I stopped in at Ted Wiens before coming home to let them know of their error, the young man at the front desk could only say, "Thats Bad". I will never use Ted Wiens for any service again and still can't figure out why they would remove the oil filler cap and oil dipstick to rotate and rebalance tires.

I never thought I would say this about any car service provider, but these guys are truly impressive. They are always friendly, honest, and accommodating. I am really thankful I found them. I relocated to Las Vegas and my car was having problems. After getting a quote from a dealer, I did some research and decided to take my car to Ted Wiens. They fixed the problem for a third of what the dealer wanted to charge me. Recently, I stopped by without an appointment because my car felt a little off. They took me in immediately, they checked my car, and topped off my oil at no charge. I was on my way in less than half an hour. This would have never happened at other places. Truly appreciate the level of service you guys provide. This is my go to place if/when my car needs service. Thank you Johnny, Yves, and Daniel! Keep up the great work.

Service was excellent, issues were eventually fixed under warranty even though it took a month. Euro Mechanic doesn't seem to understand proper diagnostics and front desk doesn't look at service history so keep your receipts. Service Manager is what seems to be holding things together.
