The crew at the location on Eastern and Warm Springs are knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant and professional. In the past, I have gone to service locations and always wondered if they have my best interest at heart or theirs; this team has made suggestions that have saved me money along the way and allowed me to keep my vehicles performing very well.

The Chevy at the front was so pleasant and helpful with getting checked in. There was another gentleman that checked me out and her as great too. I will definitely be back and will refer my family to this location. The service was amazing and I feel that I can trust them over the dealership. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. No pressure to have work performed. The staff is polite and efficient. Having the Ted Wiens credit card saves money too.

If you’re looking for an auto shop that provides great service and actually cares about your vehicle, I recommend this place! My car was making a crackling bumpy noise and I went to my usual mechanic and they couldn’t seem to find the problem, Instead tried to make me fix an entirely different issue which was overpriced. I went to Ted Wiens for the first time and Ricky was super helpful and they were able to identify the issue. I was quoted for a very good price which saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you guys I’ll be coming to you from now for all my auto repair needs.

Professional, honest, friendly/courteous staff, and very knowledgeable. It is the only place that I take my car for maintenance, even an oil change and I have a Hyundai where I can get free oil change, but the customer service rep at the Hyundai dealer was so rude that I came to Ted Weins on Warm Springs and Eastern. Wow. What a difference in the customer service at Ted Weins. They are Awesome!, I will continue to take my car to Ted Weins for all my car care needs.

We are very pleased with our service and with Ricky our service agent. Our vehicle needed tires that were somewhat difficult to find because of its age. Ricky found the tires right away, and they were mounted the day after our call. Other places called were unable to get them as soon. We needed this done quickly, as this was our only vehicle. We plan on using Ted Weins for future tire and auto services, as they have service for many auto needs.

It took longer than expected to complete the works was told 4 hours but it took 6 hours I know you guy need to work on multiple vehicles at the same time but for someone waiting at the store n a big project to spend around $1700 thought you can do a bit better to get it done faster not sure whether you treat an Asian female differently

Been here a few times already and quick and easy and friendly service every time. Recommend anyone coming in for oil change and routine maintenance needs! They'll get the job done and serve you unlike the busy have to wait weeks for the an appt at the dealerships!...update went again for service on 9/28/24 like always friendly employees and fast oil change and tire rotation in n out like that!

Ted Wiens has great working hours, the staff is excellent at dealing with customers and the pricing is competitive. I take the family fleet of trucks there for service and have nothing but good experiences. Give them a chance! They explain the billing very well too and they work with you on possible discounts, keeping customers happy.

Went in for a oil change they ran on time with the appt l was out in 50 mins, they looked over my Van found afew snalll things that need fixing gave me the info. They are friendly keep you up to date on thing's l was very happy with their customer service
