For 14 years I was getting taken trying to find a good shop. So needless to say I became very cynical when it comes to repair shops in this town. Then 2 years ago I gave Ted Wiens a chance. At first I wasn’t sure, but after a few visits I became very comfortable with their services and most importantly their team. These guys know what their doing and I never needed to questioned any of their recommended repairs or service. I’ve used two of their, shops one on the eastside and my home shop at Ft apache. I received the same outstanding service at both locations. So for me I finally found a shop I can trust…

As an Uber driver , I like the fact that they always seem to have the parts needed to repair my car and therefore I don’t have to waste time waiting for the part to come in and therefore I am able to get back to work swiftly and make Uber money . All the guys are nice to me and are competent and honest as well .

Needed new breaks for my 2007 Camry Ryan said I only needed the fronts that the back breaks were fine. It cost me, $719.79. Ryan was smug and condescending from the moment I walk in the door. I took my car in on Friday then a day later my breaks stared making noise. I took my car back on Monday, Ryan again with his smug attitude took my Keys to the car, then an hour late he told me that they use the warranty on the breaks they installed and put in new ones and the they were almost finish. I was like what!? Why would you need to put new brakes when you just install new ones 2 days ago. Ryan then decided to blame me the drive for their error, he said “that the breaks got too hot and they were crumbling” he then ask if I whet out of town, then he realized the miles were too low. I was in shock that he was trying to blame me for their error. Then Ryan told me I need to not use the breaks as much because they need to break in. What! So, in all the 30 years I’ve been driving I was never told by a mechanic after they just installed my breaks to not use it as much. WOW! I will not go back, I will have another mechanic check my breaks to make sure they were installed correctly and is good . If not I will be suing them. Will be contacting the BBB. Very sad.

Ryan represents the best of this company. Knowledgeable, kind, and what I consider to be a good human. Although no one enjoys the unexpected cost of a car repair, you realize Ryan has the customer, and his companies best interest in mind. He was fair and honest. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Enjoyable experience. Great job Ryan! Another great experience with Ryan! Fair, kind and a good human. No need to go anywhere else.
