We were recommended to the shop by our RV dealer, Van City in Las Vegas. We had a flat tire on an inner dually that needed a repair. We are SO glad that we were referred to them. They were incredible. First of all they fixed and improved the valve stems on our tires. Then they pointed out that the two new tires we had recently put on our van were not actually the best for our model. (We have confirmed this since then by online research.) After their fix on the first day, they swapped out four more tires the next day, not charging for labor because of the work they had done the day before. As we drove away from the shop, it was like we had a brand new vehicle. My wife didn’t even wanna let me drive it! We are so grateful for them, and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!.

Randy is the man! I was having a vehicle emergency and was leaking fuel from my truck. Even tho the shop was busy, Randy was a huge help and came outside to see the truck. He even crawled under my truck to make sure it was not something simple. Within moments, the team had fully diagnosed my issue and fixed it. I’m extremely thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond even tho they were busy. 5/5 stars, will be back!

I came into sales floor to get my drag racing slicks spun balanced. Immediately I was attended to. Then as soon as the work order was generated, there were 2 guys promptly got the tires and put them on the machine. A few minutes later the work was completed. I was happy as the attention to detail in their work. I say 5 🌟 and will return for additional work. Chuck K

On 8/19/24 I took my 2019 QX 30 Infinite in to Ted Wiens location in for a simple oil change , was told it would be about a hour the technician came into the waiting area and informed Mitch the service advisor the cars check engine light was on and he could not get it off , why a check engine light was on when I just went in for a oil change make no sense , I think they was doing something other then what I asked for , they also told that I needed a wheel alignment and the battery was very weak 5 hours later they got the check light off……….taking the cars to Las Vegas Infinite to find out if they did something else out of order

Four stars because I think the tire is good and they came highly recommended. However, when it came time to write me up, they ushered me out super fast to address the queue behind me. Good places are busy, and the people who recommended them are excellent. There was a commercial bus behind me and I didn't stop to check things out myself until I got out of town. First stop - only 38 miles later - and I'm missing my passenger front hubcap. Then further down the road, I'm missing the driver front hubcap. They were fast, friendly, and the new tire is holding up well in this ungodly heat. I figure feeling safe with no blowout counts more than hubcaps.

Once again my Ted Wiens buddy - Mitch took care of me. Originally I came in just for an oil change but also left with new wind shield wipers, air filter AND four new tires. Mitch knew I was on a budget so he asked all the right questions. I was out of there within just a few hours from my set appointment. Unfortunately, reliable places like Ted Wiens are a dying breed. While I hope not to be back anytime soon…I certainly will send everyone I know to them as I’ve done for almost a decade now. Thanks Mitch! Your familiar face is always nice to see. Sincerely, Christy Below is an old post from 2019… Years ago this Ted Wiens felt like my second home. To say the least I had a lemon that could have cost me thousands to repair. From the start these guys were honest and explained car stuff in detail. As a female that knows nothing about cars I’ve always been apprehensive to use repair shops…in this case I had no choice and have been so happy I found a safe and reliable place to always take my cars to for the simple to the not so simple repairs.

Thank you Rudy our service advisor at ted wiens tire shop we are from Vancouver Canada we were staying at the oasis rv resort looked at the pamphlet and found ted wiens tire shop just down the road had a nail in one of our tires Rudy helped us out and recommended 6 tires as our tires were expired only to find out in Canada when we went to Kal tire and there service advisor told us the tires were ok we will never go back to Kal tire in fact they sold me one tire that I replaced before our trip to Nashville Tennessee that was already expired luckily nothing happened , i will be going back to kal tire to retreive my money but thank you to Rudy at ted wiens got us back in shape for our trip home Excellent service much appreciated Great company 👍😀😉 Recommend this company to anyone cheers eh!

For years now I have consistently turned to the team at Ted Wiens for maintenance on my vehicle. They are courteous, professional, thorough and transparent with every service visit I make. Trusting in a business to take care of your car is a big deal, right? Thanks to their straightforward culture and the results I’ve gotten consistently over those years, why would I go anywhere else?

I limped in to this Ted Wiens as my car kept dying. Pretty sure it was the battery but wanted to have the engine checked due to the extreme heat. I'm sure I could've gotten the exact service for a third of this cost. I couldn't load the photos of the invoice like I wanted but it was over 600 for an oil change, battery and 2 filters. They had a list of things they suggested be fixed but you know I'm going somewhere else for that. They were very nice as I shelled out my credit card and charged me over 3% for using it

This should be your new mechanic! I have been thru the wringer with different mechanics trying to find out where this sound was coming from in my car. Each time they would do something and it wouldn't fix it and I would be stuck with another huge bill. Finally I stumbled across Ted Wiens. After looking at the reviews of this place I said I'd give it a try. Boy am I so glad I did! Randy, James, and Mitch have all been amazing! They were less than I had been quoted from other places so already a good start. Then after diagnosing/fixing what we thought was the problem they told me it was actually alternator. I was ready for the same song and dance I had gotten from the other guys saying it wasn't their fault and sticking me another bill for something that didn't fix my problem. I was so freaking surprised and grateful when they said they were gonna replace it for me for free. FREE! In this economy?! I about cried in front of these guys. I did manage to keep it together. I asked if they were sure? (I know why would I even say that) But again they said they would. They said they didn't stay in business for 75 plus years by making the customer suffer. I cannot recommend this place enough after this experience! I've been telling all my coworkers and friends that they should come here. I highly recommend you do as well. Also shout out to Barbara the kind lady that dropped me off/picked me up while my car was being worked on she is so sweet! Again this should be your new mechanic if you're even hesitating don't you'll be in good hands. Thank you TW and crew.

I've been a loyal customer for years with this place and I spent thousands of thousands of dollars on my cars today this will be the last time I go down there. They charge me a 3% surcharge fee. They didn't tell me the beginning I was doing the service. They told me at the end when I was paying I won't be coming back.
