I hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience here compels me to warn others. I brought my 2017 Range Rover for a 4-wheel alignment and oil change, confirming twice by phone they could handle it. I provided the oil and filter, requested they call me if there were any suspension issues, and was assured they would. Six hours later, they told me the alignment was "perfect," charged $120, and I left. Within two blocks, it was clear the alignment was off, and my traction control lights came on. I returned, and a staff member with "40 years of experience" dismissed my concerns, claiming alignment doesn't make a car drive straight and only adjusts the toe. This is false. Alignment includes camber, caster, and toe adjustments if adjustable. He also claimed my vehicle's camber/caster couldn't be adjusted, another blatant lie. I called him out, and he admitted they don’t adjust Range Rovers, claiming only a dealer can—yet another lie. I immediately contacted another alignment shop, which confirmed they could align my vehicle properly. Despite this, they scanned my car for codes, attempting to blame unrelated communication and steering angle sensor codes. These appear because the alignment is off, something any experienced mechanic should know. In the end, they refunded half the alignment cost ($60), labeling it an “alignment check” as if I didn’t already know the alignment was off. I’ll dispute the charge and ensure others avoid this place. This shop relies on lies, false information, and deflection rather than taking accountability. They’re only suited for extremely basic tasks, and even then, their messy work—oil left dripping from the filter and cap—proves their lack of professionalism. Save your time, money, and frustration—take your business elsewhere.

I really hate giving bad reviews to businesses and it’s the last thing I want to do but after all the issues I had here and the horrible experience I honestly cannot do that knowing how many people they must have taken advantage of. I brought in a 2017 land rover range rover for a 4-wheel alignment and an oil change. I called twice before taking it to confirm they can do my vehicle, and a very nice young lady said they can and gave me pricing over the phone. I left my vehicle in the morning and even brought them the oil and filter and I told them to please call me if they have any issues aligning the vehicle or if they find any issues with the suspension which they told me they will before aligning it. 6 hours later I get called to pick up my vehicle. When I pick it up, I asked them how my suspension was and did the alignment come out right which they proceed to tell me it came out perfect. Great, I go ahead and pay $120 for my alignment and leave in my car. I start driving the vehicle and in only 2 blocks I can tell it’s completely off and EVEN MY TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS GO OFF, that’s how bad it is. So, I of course take it back and let them know its super off. I had a gentleman who says he has 40 years of experience(probably at a desk and definitely not at a mechanic shop) go with me to drive the vehicle and he proceeds to tell me the alignment is fine and aligning a vehicle does not make the car drive straight and that aligning a vehicle only includes adjusting the TOE so the suspension must have an issue. If I had not known about cars, I would’ve fallen for this complete lie, but I did not. An alignment includes a camber/caster/toe adjustment if adjustable which I proceed to tell him because my measurements were completely off, and he tells me they charge extra to adjust that and that this vehicle cannot have the camber/caster adjusted which is another complete lie and I call him out on that too. I then ask him if he checked my suspension, and if it has an issue then why align the vehicle which he then tells me he did not notice anything bent or damaged which means it has no issues. After so many BS lies and false information, he FINALLY PROCEEDS TO TELL ME they don’t adjust range rovers THAT ONLY THE LAND ROVER DEALER CAN DO AN ALIGNMENT ON IT so I ask him why they said they can adjust it in the first place. By the way...... that was also ANOTHER LIE I called an alignment place in front of his face, and they said that was BS which that is the place I will be taking it to tomorrow. He ends up scanning the vehicle for codes and trying to blame a communication code and steering angle sensor code for the vehicle’s steering being so off which this shows how little experience this guy really has. The code only appears because the alignment is off, so the vehicle detects it’s not driving straight something very very simple to understand. I would not trust them to do anything complicated like a diagnostic or major repair as they will not take responsibility for being wrong. I am not a mechanic, but I am an auto dealer, so I know what an alignment is. I feel very bad for the individuals that have been taken advantage and lied to by people like him at this shop and they should be ashamed of the way they are doing business because even after him lying to me so many times and not taking any sort of responsibility for being wrong, I ONLY GOT HALF my alignment back $60 lol and they proceed to put on the receipt as an “alignment check” like I didn’t know my alignment already had an issues. Regardless I will be doing a chargeback on my business credit card for those $60 and I will be leaving this review on every page they have so it will cost them a lot more than those $60 and I seriously hope I can save anyone their money and time from this shameful business. (MESSY mechanics as-well). Do yourself a favor a spend a little more to go to a real shop not this.

Pésimo servicio después de esperar 5 días por unas piezas q ellos mismo diagnosticaron y de haber pagado la mitad del dinero m dijeron q no era eso q era otra pieza q costaba 10 veces más, me cobraron 120 dólares de un mal diagnóstico y me hicieron perder el tiempo y no resolvieron nada literalmente me robaron 120$ capaciten más a su personal de mecánica!!! Si se puediera dar 0 ese sería mi calificacion

i bought four tires there and in one month the tires i bought were good year and they exploded in the highway in one month and they never gave me four spares and i had to had pay once again this place is very bad i don’t recommend going to this place and after the tires were repaired i got another flat tire with first time with the glass and with the nail i will never come here again

I remember meeting Felipe and many of his techs, like Carlos, when I was 15 years old. Its been over 20 years and I still go to the car shop. It’s great quality work/service as well as integrity. I trust their opinion. I could look for cheaper options but I know I can rely on their work and efficiency.

God what a horrible place just trying to get over on people I had a flat he tried charging me $80 for a used tire that was pretty much bald , and was extremely rude trying to charge me to mou t the tire on the car when the car wasn't there I only bought the tire and the. To top it off the tire guy didn't even know how to balance a tire just ridiculous. I ended up leaving with my tire unbalanced

I really wanted to give this place 5 starts and find a trustworthy mechanic, unfortunately this is not the case. Felipe was recommended to me after going to two other mechanics who couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car stopping in the middle of accelerating and shutting off, Felipe seemed great. Had a very odd issue with my car and he didn’t give up until he was able to replicate the issue again to diagnose my car which turned out to be a bad PCM - or so I was told. I kept getting error code P0420 and was told that would not shut off my car. I replaced oxygen sensors and cleaned the catalytic converter with the other mechanic who recommended this shop. Felipe said he the code was false and it was because of the bad computer it kept coming on. I paid $1000 to replace. I was without my car for two weeks while I waited on the parts, which is understandable. I had to keep calling for updates though because I didn’t get any. One of the days (a Friday) one of the mechanics told me that the part arrived and they were installing it. Then the next Wednesday I got a call saying the part arrived and they were installing it. So a bit conflicting information. They also said I needed a headlight bulb replacement which would be $440 (what?!?!) since they have to remove the bumper and grill to get to it and it would take three hours. For a bulb. I passed on that outrageous price, because I got my HID bulb on Amazon in a 2 pack for $26 and installed it myself through my wheel well. I went to pick it up and pay, and Carlos helped me, who was also super friendly and helpful. But I noticed a few sketchy things - 1. My car had no oil, the dipstick barely wet the tip. I would think paying $150 for a diagnostic they would have informed me my car was low on oil, 2. I had no lights out, not low beam, high beam, or fog light, 3. My car had zero gas and was in the red, and when I dropped it off it had more than half a tank, 4. My center console was rummaged through. Like a lot. I removed everything of value beforehand, and thankfully so. LESS THAN 3 WEEKS LATER, the same error code has returned to my car with a check engine light. I was completely swindled out of a $1000 and I now believe the PCM was never the issue in the first place. I hate to feel taken advantage of.

The service was so and so and overpriced in my personal opinion, the worst in my opinion is the quality after service, I picked up my car, they just gave the key, I was in a hurry and did not check properly, had to travel outside miami and came back 3 days later and realized the claxon was not working and the airbags signal was flashing, went to the place again and the manager told me let the car herr and we will check later, I explained that the problem was crated by them , he did not accept that and answered that it was my problem because I did not check the car, it serms I had to do the quality control for them, Just be careful if you go there and double check everything

While they may do a decent job for basic installations. Be sure to clarify everything that will be done in writing. If you don't, don't expect them to correct it, instead they will lecture you how you were wrong. Really is a shame how poor they are at customer service.
