My brother took my car in to fix my front blinker- i've taken it somewhere else and they didn't manage to fix the problem so we brought it here. Trent fixed my indicator and he was extremely nice and informative throughout the process. By the end of it, he came and told my brother that it would be free of charge because it was such an easy issue that he was able to fix. It's very rare to have pleasant experiences at car automotive shops but i was genuinely in disbelief with the way things happened. Shoutout to Trent!!!!!! I will be coming here for all my car issues :)

It’s wonderful experience the staffs are nice. I have them put new windshield wipers n air tire lights on whenever tires low on air. They took care of that also I was surprised they made the 4 rims clean n shiny love it. Thank you so much.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and welcoming environment. I had to stop in last minute for an inspection after spending an hour waiting at Jiffy Lube. Even though I had never been there before and didn't have an appointment, they worked me in and took care of me. Special shout-out to Luis B. for gaining a new Tech One customer for any future care needs!

I took my 2009 ford ranger in for my breaks and rotors. Luis, Andrew and their team took wonderful care of me and my vehicle! I’m very grateful that they were able to get me rides where I needed to go and able to give me a rental car to use while my vehicle was in the shop! I’m very pleased with the service and the amount of care they put into helping me! I definitely will be back for any repairs or issues that arise in my vehicle’s future! Thank yall so much!!

Single mom just moved the the area, I have no one. But I am screaming from the roof top that Tech One is THE spot in Austin for car repair. My LONG story sums up to the fact they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. My car needed a lot of work, I had three other mechanics tell me they couldn’t do the work. I was desperate. Louis at the location on Burnet told me with confidence that they could handle it and had it done in less time than expected. The estimate system is very comprehensive and even gives pictures of the parts that they repair. They went above and beyond and even gave me a loaner car in the meantime. I will tell everyone I come across to take their car to Tech One. Louis, Austin, Ross, all the guys there are amazing! The icing on the cake is it’s a LOCAL family owned shop. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tech One!

For many years I have just sent my review to David and Trent. These guys are awesome. If you are in search of great honest service. You need to take your auto to Tech One Automotive. They do great work and stand behind their work. They not only care about your auto. They care about YOU.//// Ok I am sorry that I am doing this review on the back of my other one. I often tell people that we all have a choice of where we spend our money. When it comes to my automobile I will always trust Tech One. They have been Great. My old 2005 truck has 215,000 miles and still going strong thanks to them.////I am so Thankful for having a auto repair shop that I can trust. Tech One is and has been my choice for many years and I thank them. Keep doing what you do.//// I keep trying to post all my reviews separate. I have been using Tech One for about 10 or more years. I have never been disappointed with their service or what they have done to keep my 2005 auto running like new, If you want a repair shop that you can trust. You have to go to Tech One. I have used them on 4 of my autos. The Best!!!! //// With this old truck of mine. I just never know when I will need Tech One to keep it going. The one thing I know is they will take care of me. If you have a shop that you are not happy with. You should join the Tech One Family.

I needed a mechanic stat when my car broke down on Monday. I searched Google for a good mechanic nearby because I wanted to avoid needing a tow truck and I was confident my car wouldn't make it. I called Tech One Automotive and explained everything to Louis that I experienced on my way to work. He let me know that I should bring my car in asap. I brought my car in on my lunch break, and the same day I was given a full report with photos. My car was ready for pickup on Wednesday - two days!! Not only did things get fixed quickly, they were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend taking your car to Tech One Automotive.

Predators. They tried to take advantage me of here through their low-ball diagnostic. I needed a 2nd opinion on my truck's problem so I took it to them for a diagnostic. They do a $99 diagnostic and then call to say they're still unsure, understandably, and would like to do a compression test at $590 +tax. Sounded high so I do my research before picking up the vehicle. 2 shops I called nearby quoted $130 and $150 for the procedure. I confronted the service manager about it and was not impressed. To boil it down it came to the startling statement from them - "If you want to go with these other shops, who don't have our experience, and don't have our equipment, so they can lowball you on a repair to get you in the door then that would be a mistake." I asked why a shop with such experience and equipment would need 2.5 hours labor to do this and the answer was "The price is what it is." It was at this point that he gave up on a defense and ended the conversation. Can't say I blame him. 2 Youtube videos and a 40$ kit from harbor freight and I was able to do this in under an hour as it is simply removing the spark plugs, screw in the compression gauge where the plug was, and crank the motor for 10 seconds. I understand the need to profit but this shop will absolutely take from those in need by trying to charge over 4x the regional rate for further diagnostics after low-balling you with $99 to get the truck in their shop. I shudder to think what a repair quote would've yielded.

TL:DR - Excellent service, professional staff, fast and efficient. I went here with a bad puncture in one of my tires which could not be patched, they gave me a quote for 2 new or 4 new tires. My tires were old enough to begin cracking on the edge so I decided to have all 4 replaced. I dropped off my car and Tech One booked me an Uber back to my home, and then another back to the shop when the job was done. I worked with Luis and it is always a treat to work with a professional. I will certainly be returning to Tech One with any car issues in the future.

Years ago, I brought my wife's Honda CRV to Tech One to get a second opinion after the dealer said the car needed a new $2.5k steering rack. Tech One disagreed, gave an honest assessment of the situation and 10+ years later haven't had any issues with steering. That honest interaction created a customer for life. Just had the same car (now 16 years) old in for service. Pricing is fair and things stay fixed. I don't need to bring the car back to fix the fix. This is my "go to" place in Austin for car repair. Can't recommend more highly!

I am slightly disappointed. Everyone I talked to on the phone and handled my case was great! I had to take my car in twice to get fixed in a week but they were very nice with reimbursing Ubers. My car smells terrible and this hand print was left in my car and I can’t get it off.

I most recently used the service of Tech One Automotive and was very impressed. They were referred to me by a trusted source. Trent who was the associate that helped me from setting up my appointment to handing me my keys at the end of service, was very helpful, informative and customer service friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s always a challenge as a female to find an automotive shop to trust, but Tech One goes over and above, answering all my questions. Thank you to all who helped getting my vehicle back to working order. And most importantly they were very responsible on the cost.

Tech One Automotive on Burnet Road recently serviced my automobile in a professional manner and prompt time frame. I had to have several services completed. My service representative Daniel helped get my auto diagnosed with the work completed quickly. Tech One goes beyond the service provided by most businesses. They have a very nice waiting area. It was very cold when I went. Instead of waiting for hours in the waiting room they provided a ride home. I trust their advice and the work they perform. Check them out!

My son's car needed major repair. He was in Austin when the car developed significant engine problems. I live in Georgia and needed to help him with the car. I contacted Tech One Automotive and spoke to Louie who was amazing in helping me through the entire process. From start to finish, he was patient with me and helped me understand what needed to be done. The amazing thing is that all of our communication was done by telephone. The car was repaired and I have been more than pleased with the result. Louie is to be commended.

My usual place was too busy. They recommended TechOne. Its even closer to my house, super nice courtesy driver, everyone was knowledgeable, and they have an "operation" so they can get your car in and out with ease. I'll definitely be taking my car there from now on.
