I’m very disappointed with the service I received. A year ago, I had new brake pads and rotors installed at this location. Just 3 days ago, I started experiencing problems with my car and decided to take it to another shop for an inspection. They informed me that I needed new rotors again something I just had replaced! When I reached out Taylor told me that my warranty had expired. I don’t understand how new rotors could only last a year. This raises serious concern about the quality of parts or workmanship. I would have expected better durability and customer support. I want be returning and would caution others tot carefully consider where they take their vehicles for repairs

Like everyone says, "If I could give a ZERO rating I would!!" I've been a customer of Taylor's for over 15 years, maybe longer. Never have the prices of anything there been as ridiculous as an oil change for $72! For one, I was NOT told that the price increased from $30 (earlier this year) to $72, and was told they only use synthetic oil. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE I left my car. Why would I need synthetic oil in a 2001 Honda?!? I knew this wasn't the "old Taylor's" but decided to stay because of convenience. There is no way you can convince me that, that price is reasonable. The front desk worker Johny didn't even give me the total, I had to see it on the debit machince. I asked how much was it to top off fluids, and was told there's no charge for that. I guess not when you can charge $72 for an oil change on a 2001 Honda. He also made it seem like the prices have been the same for a few years. LIES! I mentioned being able to get an oil change for under $25. He said that's why the previous owners lost money. People be careful, this place is money hungry and will rip you off! Look at all the reviews within the last year. Holiday week, and they weren't busy, should have given me a hint then. The company formerly known as "Taylor's" don't have to worry about ripping me off again. See how long they stay in business with those practices!!

I was able to get an aliment and oil change and four new tires for a very good price and I also got a warranty on my tires. Which includes lifetime rotation, lifetime, balancing lifetime inflation, lifetime flat repair. I like the fact that they had a clean waiting room and it was warm too lol. And all of the staff was nice and friendly. They made sure I understood everything that comes with my warranty. And how to get in touch with them if something happened to my tires. And it didn’t take long at all…..y’all definitely need to hit them up especially while they are during the special for new tires 😊😊😊🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We been a loyal customer with Taylor’s over 20 years and have taken 5 of our cars to them. As of today we will no longer be a customer due to their incompetent and carelessness when working on our vehicles. Recently I’ve taken Mercedes there for a simple tire service. The mechanic could not take the wheels off without breaking the wheel lock: which I personally bought myself 3 times because the shop does not have one! Once they finally got the new tires on, my way back home the vehicle was shaking and wobbling uncontrollably, I took it back to them immediately. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG-NUTS PROPERLY!!

If you don’t know about cars have someone there with you that do so you don’t get ripped off. I was charged $500 to fix a wheel bearing when it wasn't the problem. I came back multiple times because I was hearing the same noise and all they did was switch the tires. Which still didn’t fix the problem. Come to find out it was just a rip in my tire. A waste of money and no one was willing to help and didn’t know what they were doing. A simple fix that cost me hundreds of dollars. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

Do not go here! Used to be an awesome place for years, not since it was bought out!! Hours of waiting even for small jobs. I spent $2600+ on wheels and tires for my truck. Dude ordered the wrong wheels, I chose to just accept them any since it had been a week and a half. Got the truck back and my TPMS didn't work. The told me to take it to a dealer. After going to the dealer they just said, no the shop that put on your tires broke the sensors. So finally I get Taylor's to put in new ones on 2 tires. Got it back and they work. But now I can't drive over 48 mph without the truck shaking itself to death. It is so off balance. One wheel has about 20 weights on it! Still not even close. Employees in there talking trash to customers and complaining they only make $13 an hour. My friend just got new tires there and he said the same thing. Can't drive over 40mph and his tpms doesn't work. I'm going to have to pay a real shop to fix this mess because I'm not going back a 6th time to deal with Taylor's lack of precision and customer service. I would like to just give my tires back for a refund and start over.

I love Taylor's Tires! I needed tires and they got me right in a fast amount of time! The price and the service that comes with it is great! They had to order my tires but they were there the same day! They got the work done fast and I'm so grateful! I was also called too when they were ready! I've been going to them for years and I'm always satisfied! I can't thank them enough for the great service!! I highly recommend and I trust them with my cars!!

No wonder there were no cars in their parking lot at 9:30 am on a Wednesday. The Salesman charged me with hidden charges that I didn't authorize and that "FREE Alignment" ended up costing me over $200 to be properly aligned by Doc at Randall Tire. Whoever that they have running alignments obviously knows absolutely nothing about aligning an All Wheel Drive, Audi! And to add insult to injury, 2 of the 4 wheels lost their balancing weights. Absolutely, terrible! In the past, ever since their conception, I've given the previously owned Taylor's Tire all of my business, but now, never again! I wish I could give a NO STAR rating!

So this place has a really bad reputation in our area for numerous reasons BUT I decided to go out of convenience/proximity to where I needed to be today. Big mistake. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting for my oil change & inspection (no big deal) the guy at the front desk calls me and asks if I want to replace my air filters- I declined- he says ok. OVER AN HOUR later of just sitting, I decide to ask when my car might be finished. He hits me with the, “oh. Your car was finished when I called you.” 🤡 No “I’m so sorry I just wasted an hour of your day” no apology, just deadpan idc if you live or die kind of attitude. I took my keys from him and walked out, afraid to open my mouth and ruin my day and he gives me the “HAVE A NICE DAY” as I’m walking out. Find a new front desk assistant asap. You know who he is, Mr. Black Sheep. Have a nice day.

Taylor’s is not a shadow of what it once was, with customers waiting for over 2 hours and many people from the administration & sales department chatting and showing each other pictures on their cell phones, bursting into laughter. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that my car hadn’t moved from where I parked it, I asked why there was such a delay (I’ve been a customer for maybe 10 years and I’ve never seen anything like this). The salesman showed me another customer who had been waiting for 2 hours and that I had just arrived. Since I didn’t have more than 2 hours to wait, I asked him to cancel my purchase, but he asked me “what car is yours?” and, to avoid my cancellation, he pointed to a man telling me “he was just assigned to your car.” It’s been 30 minutes since then and my car is still parked in the same spot where I left it when I arrived. I don’t think I’ll come back here again.

I called around town while I was working in Greensboro looking for anyone that would put a tube inside of a riding lawn mower tire for me. This place was the only place out of 6 places that I had contacted that said they would do it. They told me to just bring my tire and a tube. I walked in with my tire and tube and a young man asked me what I wanted. I told him. He said that he could take care of it. I sit in the Lobby for 15 mins or so when the young man comes back out with my repaired tire. I said thanks and asked him what I owed. He said, "nothing, don't worry about it". I gave the guy a $20 tip. That was one of the coolest things that has ever happened to me while doing business with anyone, anywhere. It's a direct reflection on their overall culture and management. I would recommend them to anyone by that alone. They have to be good, honest folks. From the top down. I was highly satisfied and impressed to say the least. Good deal

Ok on 6/12/24 I just talk to the manager Dj about my top engine cover missing from my car by them I had tires and aliment done about two months ago no oil change just tires they had know busyness going under my hood I will never buy any more tires from them if they have employees with stick fingers. O yeah when I talk to the manager DJ on 6/12/24 he ask for my tag number why I don't know he should had got that information right when I talk to him three weeks ago employees they have nothing but stick fingers.

I went by Taylor Tire to get an alignment today. I have previously had repairs done, alignments done and purchased new tires from them over the years. In my experience they are always professional, accommodating, do good work and sell good tires, all at a reasonable price! They run a tight ship and set a high standard.

My husband and I were customers of Taylor Tire for 8 years. We will not be returning. It took 3 and a half hours to get an oil change and inspection. While I was waiting, a very angry lady came in to complain about oil pouring out of her car all over her driveway right after they changed her oil. The manager tried to get her to drive her car back to the shop so they could look at it. She refused of course, because her car had no oil left in it and was unsafe to drive. Now I have to find a new place to take my car and that is annoying to me. Their service has gone so far downhill. The loud music coming from the garage bays is also annoying to have to listen to. We will not return.

I went to have an alignment done there and had to go back numerous of times for me still not to get the alignment done the right way and they keep telling me it was did but my steering wheel was never straight basically I just lost 144.00. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody they don’t know how to handle business fairly and they are rude once you tell them that they did a job wrong. If I could give a negative five star I would.

This place has disappointed me very much with the service they offer. I took my car for alignment, balancing and tire rotation and they left my car in terrible condition. They were not responsible for the damage. On the contrary, they told me that the car's tires were bad. When yesterday they told me that my car had turned out great. I do not recommend this place to anyone, do not go

Used to be a great place for tires and tire services. Now they will tell you they can get right to you. You get there and they tell you it will be an hour or longer. New owners have really messed this place up....

We have been coming to Taylor Tire for over 20 years. It was bought out by some company, and since the buyout, the service has been lacking. Today, it became a place I will never visit again. We bought our tires from Taylor, and had a lifetime rotation and balance with the tire package. The buyout was completed over 2 years ago, and we have had the tires rotated and balanced at least 3-4 times since the buyout. Today, I walked in, and they have changed the policy, and no longer honor the rotation and balance. If this change had occurred with the buyout, I would have understood. The staff (over the last 2 years) had reassured that they would continue to honor the rotation and balance. Today the sales rep said they would not do the rotation and balance like they had been, but he could "help me out on price, and do it for $48." Before the buyout, you could barely get in the parking lot because Taylor provided good products, and excellent service, the reps were personable and knowledgeable without being pushy. The place is a ghost town now, and I understand it well. Avoid this place at all costs.
