Taylor’s quoted me over $1600 for body work. Additionally they needed three and a half weeks to do the work. Went to Master’s Auto Body instead, quote was $750 less, and they could do the work within a week. Don’t go here.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Taylor’s Auto Body Shop! I had someone hit me In Barracks Rd and I took my car to get an estimate. The man who looked at my car was excellent and said he didn’t think it was too bad. He took the car and 5 mins later came back and said it was all fixed! The marks on the car looked much worse than they were and he took care of the problem with no charge. He could have told me the repair would cost a lot and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair…how refreshing! A well deserved tip was given but not asked for.

I had an incredible experience with Taylor’s after my car accident. They more than proved that they do not work for the insurance company and they are there for the customer. Marcie was amazing to work with and had the knowledge and experience beyond any body shop I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge of the insurance system saved me thousands of dollars and she was the main reason I was able to replace my totaled vehicle. I will be a customer for life (although I hope I never need them again)! I highly recommend Taylor’s! Being a family owned business is an added bonus to this great business.

What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Not only did they restore the exterior damage, but they also identified that my car needed a new radiator. They took the time to explain the differences between an OEM and a generic part, allowing me to make an informed decision. Absolutely incredible experience! For an unfortunate situation of needing car repair this business made it painless. Great experience from beginning to end! Marcie and her team are awesome. Everyone that I came in contact with were professional and treated me like family. They go above and beyond to get the job done. My vehicle looks awesome. I highly recommend them and would score them as a 10 not 5🏆

Can't really say I'd recommend them for anything outside of painting and body work. They did a great job on the paint, but installed a radiator, and didn't properly test it to make sure it didn't leak. They did replace the hose that was the culprit which was great, but then completely neglected to bolt the under belly tray back onto the car on the side they were working on, and it was resting on the bumper, and vibrated out and rubbed onto the road for about half a mile as there wasn't anywhere to stop.

Excellent service. Unfortunately, I have had to use them multiple times in the past 10 years. Friendly, easy to work with, keeps me updated on the work of my vehicle. Jamey Moneymaker is trustworthy and did great workmanship on the vehicles for my family. Marci is super to work with. Very informative and a caring person. Will not and have not taken my vehicles anywhere else for body repairs.

I used Taylor's Auto Body Shop recently; they repaired my Mini Cooper's hail damage. Their customer service was outstanding! They proactively reached out to me right after my insurance evaluated the damage. When I brought my car in, they refused to let me Uber... they drove me to work. They were efficient and got everything done faster than originally anticipated. And EVERY employee I came in contact with was so friendly. So many of them have been there for a long time, which speaks to the healthy culture of their business. They did a great job on my car, and even washed her before returning her to me. I hope not to need repairs any time soon, but I will definitely use Taylor's again should I need that sort of assistance. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

It's very rare to find any business who treats you like family and not just another customer. I came to Taylor's because of a fender bender. From start to finish they were kind and sensitive to my needs. I was very pregnant and they made sure I had no added stress. I will continue to use them and refer anyone their services.

The front bumper and fender of my vehicle were not attached well because the screws were gone. For the safety, I put many tapes on the bumper and fender, which look horrifying as if the vehicle was involved in a severe collision. I went to auto shop or dealership, they kept telling me to go to body shop. However, the first body shop, by looking at the picture , refused to offer any help unless I filed a claim first. I then came to Taylor's Auto Body Shop, they are very nice and asked me to get an estimate first. I can then decide if I want to pay by myself or file a claim. When they estimate, they find it not a big deal and use some screws to attach the bumper and fender back. It's free! What a good day! I deeply appreciate their kind assistance!

Everyone at Taylor's Auto Body was great. Nicole as well as the other receptionist was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is happy. They kept in touch with me during the repair. They cleaned my car before returning it. They made the experience really nice and my car looked great. Perhaps most importantly, the repair was thorough and well done.

I CANNOT recommend Marcie and her team enough! I was hit by 1 (maybe 2 deer) broadside going 55. The deer impacted my Driver's side rear door and frame mainly with some other damage to driver's door and bed. I can't even tell where the damage was after getting my truck back from Taylor's. No seams, welds, anything! Completely perfect paint match as well. These guys are true PROS. They even helped me with the insurance company to ensure that all the damage would be properly insured. Thank you to Marcie and the entire team at Taylor's Auto Body!

I've not actually used their service, but called and had a long, helpful discussion about the local options for a super cheap paint job on my old Corolla. They don't do those there, but that's probably to their credit. Kind folks.

My x5 front bumper was scraped in a parking lot. I went to Taylor’s without an appointment to get an estimate. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, a technician came out to look at the damage and asked if he could try to repair the damage right then. Ten minutes later, the car was returned, completely repaired. The bumper simply needed buffing. What a delightful experience, completely unexpected. The service was like being helped in a small town, personal and kind. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Charlottesville.

I just would like to personally thank Travis Whitt and all the employees at Taylor's Auto Body Shop. My car was hit at work while it was parked and between VaCorp, Taylor's, and Enterprise, the experience wasn't as bad as one would think. I got a quick and reasonable estimate from Travis, Enterprise gave me an awesome rental, and when I picked up the car it was cleaner than the day I bought it from the Mercedes dealer....HIGHLY recommend this body shop! Thank you again SO much! My car is beautiful!
