Jay ordered our 4 tires and we also had our front and rear brakes fixed. He is good at attending to details so everything goes correctly from the ordering, to the installation & customer picking up their vehicle!!! He walks you out to your vehicle so you can inspect that everything is to your satisfaction ! Great service!!! Pam & Rhea Binkley

My mom is Debbie Hurst. She had a 03 Toyota sienna that needed an alignment, and a positive battery terminal. The alignment was over a 100 dollars and the replacement of a 5$ terminal was over 80 dollars, It should just took 3 minutes to remove a little nut(which there wasn't even a terminal)off a terminal ANY imbecile could of done it. I would replaced it, if Id known it would of cost almost a hundred dollars they don't have. You took advantage of my mom's ignorance. I do not appreciate it, I've also caught your employees in a lie when asked if the used AutoZone parts , which they do and have them stocked in their other building, which i'm not complaining about that, just the LIE. I hope this is the last time you take advantage of people's ignorance on vehicles. Ive been working on vehicles my whole life, and should of just spent 3 minutes replacing a cheap BATTERY TERMINAL.

On a business trip,Hertz gave me a truck with a slow leak. Pulled off the freeway, googled tire repair, and went with the highest rated. Quick, efficient, fair price, and I was back on my way to Chattanooga. Wonder how many hours I would have waited for Hertz roadside assistance...? :-)

My tire popped after work and it was the nearest shop in dalton, so I pulled in to see if they had a tire. They didn’t, and wouldn’t get one until Monday. It caused a bit of stress on my part because I had a lot going on, but it was no fault of theirs. A bit embarrassing but I cried in the middle of the shop from how overwhelmed and overworked I was. But I went back to work to wait to clock in, and that’s when (I believe his name was) Alex from the shop called and said he checked one of his vendors and they had a tire for my car. It was one of the biggest reliefs I’ve had for months and it was especially sweet to know that they had cared to get a tire on before the weekend since this was a busy Friday. I got the car back 20 minutes after that and I’ll never forget my experience. It made me tear up again to know that there are other compassionate people in this world who take time out of their busy schedules to make sure you are taken care of. Not only that, but the tire was cheaper than the one they ordered. I am beyond grateful and thankful for that day and I’ll never forget it. Thank you.
