I had to bring my car here to get a diagnostic for my warranty company to see if any of it could be covered and I was told it was not but yet car was not diagnosed for all concerns and when I asked I was told it was a wiring issue but it would require an additional diagnosis which it's a business I get it but when I was informed him about the light not working obviously it could be electrical but I should have been told it could result in a additional diagnoses charge if it was an electrical problem. I don't work on cars and I would imagine it being electrical if this was the only light having this issue. Warranty company did not cover the diagnosis which I get but I am now left to pay for a diagnosis that tell me nothing about all the issues I initially knew for instant my transmission shift cable is broken obviously I know that if you can't put the car in gear. My car says no key and I was told it's a battery when I have changed it several times. My purpose was to get the issues with my car diagnosed so at least I know all the work needed. I have posted what was listed as my concerns and what was diagnosed from my concerns and this is all stuff clearly I knew when I brought the car there. Instead I am out of $150 and still need to go somewhere else to get all issues with the vehicle diagnosed. I did not let them preform any work for me because it gave me the feeling that if I did they would keep adding additional things without informing me initially. Customer service was good when I call in but I was not provided accurate information so if you decide to do business with them ask many questions and get everything in writing so you are not left having to pay service that did not meet your needs. They were fast to look at it though.

I pulled into their parking lot with a flat tire. They immediately helped me, plugged the hole in the tire, and I was on my way. I was even offered coffee while I waited! They definitely rescued a damsel in distress! Can't give this place enough stars!

I had a fantastic experience with TAPCO! They fixed my oxygen sensor, replaced my radiator hose, and changed my oil all in the same day. The convenience of dropping off my car and having it ready by the end of the day was a huge relief. Their staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciate their attention to detail and the clear communication throughout the process. My car is running great now, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. Highly recommend TAPCO for reliable and fast service!

Not sure if I would go back, charged me $358 just to change the battery and the car still has the exact same issue starting up so the $75 to "diagnose" the problem was kind of a waste..... Plus like 500+ to replace wiper linkage seemed like too much.

Took my 2013 F150 to Tapco for timing chain, phaser, solenoid, and water pump replacement. They were knowledgable and used all OEM ford parts. They had it done in two days and truck has been running great. Price was fair and about 35% cheaper than the dealership. Will definitely use them next time I need work done.

Tapco recently replaced a 3.6 Pentastar engine in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. They sourced a low mile engine and performed the entire swap, hassle free for me.

The folks at TAPCO took great care of me. Got my truck’s AC fixed here. They diagnosed that it was over filled. Then ensured it continued to work and didn’t just give out again. They didn’t try to sell me an entire AC kit. You can tell just talking to folks that they actually know what they’re doing and not just entering data into a system. I would and have been strongly recommending these fine folks to anyone needing whatever services they offer.

These guys are probably the best people when it comes to vehicle maintenance!! Also if you’re looking to beef up your vehicle they are the perfect choice!! As a customer that grew up with the owner of this company I can confidently say that they will take care of your vehicle! They will give you the best service at the best price!! Above and beyond service is something that is somewhat rare these days! This place pushes past the standard and gives you a completely unique experience with having your vehicle service(s) done!! Thank you guys!! Really appreciate the service and quick work! I’d post photos but axles are a little hard to get pictures of! I had both front CV axle assembly’s replaced and had it all done by the afternoon!! Same day drop off and pick up! You won’t find another mechanic shop that specializes in every vehicle on the road for such a great rate and service!! I highly recommend you check them out next time your vehicle needs any kind of service!!! Thanks guys!!

Nice friendly professional. we only needed a battery but to be treated kindly & with respect from someone providing a service to you goes a long way! battery was going to take longer than necessary for the parts guy to deliver to shop so the guy ran & grab it himself so he could install it at the time promised! thank you & may your establishment be blessed! We will probably return for more car needs if ever needed!
