I called them late on a Friday afternoon they told me to come on to the shop to check my truck out. They got it running so I could make my delivery. Super nice people to deal with. Very helpful I wish I could give them more stars. They where very fair on the the price I highly recommend

Concerning your reply to my last review. That is a lie. I never reported any type of fuel problem and I was not having any type of fuel problem. You guys did nothing but draw out the time to get as much out of me as you could. This is a shady dark place. Third world. I wouldn’t let them change a tire. I had the unfortunate experience of letting them change the oil in my truck engine as well as the generator which I provided all the parts and fix a leak in a radiator hose that is still leaking. They charged me $2300 and 14 hours of labor. I don’t think they spent 14 hours, but I can tell you they didn’t know what the hell they were doing!

Never again. I was charged $2300 and 14 hours of labor to change the oil, fuel filter, water separator, change the oil in my generator, check and air the tires and put a clamp on a radiator hose that was leaking in a class a motorcoach. I was charged for them to run around get parts. Then go get parts again because they didn’t get enough in the first place. They pulled all the panels off my generator to change the oil when only one panel was necessary to access everything. I would say they weren’t present more than six hours. I stayed the whole time so I know what I’m talking about. They they didn’t even finish all the work I had requested. I paid the bill just so I can get the hell out of there! Shady, dark place I would never recommend it.

Thank you to the staff at Tan-Kansas Truck Service for your great communication skills, Thanks for not just coming to claim a 2 hour minimum and no result, as some of the companies did before you. Thank you for coming back by to check on me when you were not obligated to do so, because the part had to be ordered. So you made the extra obligation without being obligated. Just so a stranded driver could have a hot meal and something to drink until the part came in. Special Thank you to Mr. David for that. I will be speaking of your services anytime I want to describe true customer service. All the others were concerned about 1 thing; it's a 18 wheeler truck, how much money can we get for nothing. But not you all. Thanks guys. Keep giving service like that. You will be in high demand before you can even bat your eyes. God Bless P.S. Yes they did a well done job.

On 8/18/23 I had a radiator leaking antifreeze and instead of do a pressure check on my truck, they said my water pump needs to be replaced. Drove away and the next day I still had the same problem. Stopped at a TA and was told the radiator had a hole in it. TAN -KANSAS TRUCK SERVICE in not good in my book. It cost be over $2,500 dollars to fix the problem 👎trash 🗑

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mobile repair David team was on point from the time we called we were stranded on the shoulder of the highway for a semi trailer oil hub that exploded they showed up and the work they did was incredible to get us to the shop for a very good reasonable price.

The person that answered the phone to that they would work on the truck. Told us what time to bring it up it was there at that time and we had to wait 3 hours for somebody to show up to work on it. My husband ended up leaving as they left us high and dry
