Been going there for years. About 4 years ago the heater in my Ford ranger went out. 356.00 dollars later, I realized when I drove home, I had no " HEAT" went the next day and Alex said they couldn't find one of the parts, when I asked what did I pay for, it was labor and other parts. I still have no heat today!!!!!! My silverado had an exhaust issue according to the auto store, which they will check for free, but tandes told me it was my transmission. Being the trustworthy person I am, I said ok fix it. Still after boo coo bucks on a rebuilt transmission, my check engine light still on. Now he says catalytic converter. How much? 600.00 I said ok. One hour later wife calls and said 965.00! I went and got my truck. Also handle on drivers side was put in wrong, still wrong today! Owning two work trucks, they have done a lot of work on both trucks. Every 3-4 months, it's something on one of them, and I was " like" ok, let's fix it. I'm a white American widowed woman that doesn't speak Spanish, and my husband that passed did all our car & truck work. He warned me about a lot of stuff. Be careful out there is all I'm saying. Alex is so polite, attentive but do know this, It's about the almighty dollar in the long run.

Tande’s was able to replace my cars Air conditioner compressor, I booked an appointment and within 1 hour he was able to make the replacement, the price was fair and the service was great, thank you.

I had them replace my motor mounts and valve gaskets. The price was great and they were able to do it the next day. I highly recomend!

Well brought my car to get the compressor worked on and having to come back 2 days later cause I dont have no idea why but the car had to get brought back to tande automotive but best believe they will charge you for everything you have saved up and having to bring back and having to wait 4 hours not knowing whats happening with your car I asked twice and haven't heard from them but go to another shop cause this one aint worth a damm

If I can rate them a negative number I would they don't deserve even 1 star. We took our vehicle here 1 too many times and now the engine is no good. Third Coast should not trust them. They just scam people.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I needed help immediately, and they not only took my car on, but offered to drive me home. They were honest in their evaluations of the issues with my car, not necessarily suggesting work be done on it, presented multiple paths forward, and were very communicative.

Tande's is great! Best Auto shop I've ever experienced. The folks are friendly and I trust them to be honest with me about what I need and what I don't. I highly recommend it. The service is quick too. I came in with a punctured tire and even though Alex was busy, he fixed it for me really quickly so I could get on my way.
