i dont know how someone can advertise free diagnostics test and charge me 45 and tell me i cant get a refund, this buisness is run so poorly and takes advantage of women by themselves. i needed a estimate printed out and he claims they dont do that. now im out 45$ and nothing fixed with my car

My family has been taking all of our vehicles to Fahdi’s shop for years, back to when it was on Busch blvd. Just found their new location and I’m glad I did. They are honest and work to get your car in and out fast. Great local mechanic!

I have been taking my vehicle to this company for almost 20 years. Abdul the owner is a very knowledgeable mechanic as well as honest and helpful. He has helped me countless times over the years and always gives good advice. Being a single mom is hard enough, so finding a mechanic who doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need is a blessing!

Fadi is extremely unprofessional and rude. Raises his voice and constantly is lying to customers about diagnosis, price and timeframes. Fadi refuses to take responsibility & tries to gain control over young customers by raising his voice. Fadi stated the issue on my vehicle would be fixed if I fixed the AC compressor, so I did ($967) , but when it was “fixed” he stated it’s not the AC compressor and he is not able to help me, BUT he will still charge me the $967 (originally he said it was $850.) Fadi then lied to me and stated he put the diagnosis machine on my car to ensure it was the AC Compressor, but after talking with the mechanics, he told them it’s for sure the AC compressor and to skip the diagnosis step. Fadi lied and stated they are certified VW mechanics but again, after speaking with the mechanics they are NOT. I waited 5 hours for my car to be fixed and I began to get a bad feeling when I noticed multiple people come back in telling Fadi their car is broke again, even though he just fixed it. Fadi is sketchy!!! He refused to let me leave without writing down my address and license number , when I asked him for proof of this policy he stated he doesn’t have it. I went outside to grab my ID and magically a sign showed up next to the register stating an ID is now required. Another girl in the waiting area confirmed he wrote it down & quickly added it next to the registrar. Typically I am all for small businesses but Tampa J should be avoided at ALL costs! Tampa J takes advantage of customers!

I recently went there for an alignment. As a pull off, I noticed that not they have done to my car plus they had taken my payment. When I went back, they took him up. There is something wrong with my tires. That's why the car is acting that way. I want to know the place the online. My car in my car was running great after that. And for that I do not recommend this place to anyone

Ever since I took my truck here I haven’t taken it anywhere else. These guys are efficient, fast, and prices are reasonable. For the ladies: they have never over charged me (which we know happens) and that is appreciated!

Son unos ladrones. Llevé mi vehículo por un ruido para que me lo revisaran. Me dijeron que era el pulley, y que eran $320 y cuando fui a pagar me sacaron $350. No $320 como me dijo. Cuando vuelve el mecánico me dice que no era el pulley que era el alternador y estas personas me dieron un diagnóstico erróneo después que me cobraron $350 me querían cobrar $900 por un alternador nuevo o sea $900 más por el mal diagnóstico que ellos mismos dieron. Les reclamé y no me quisieron devolver mi dinero. Enojado me marché y sin remedio pues nunca le cambiaron nada y aún el ruido sigue incluso más fuerte. Por favor compartan todo esto para que estos estafadores no continúen engañando a la gente. Si Me marché indignado, el punto que ellos no sabían es que yo si soy mecánico y yo sé lo que les espera cuando vayamos a la corte. They are thiefs. I took my vehicle in because of a noise to have it checked. They told me it was the pulley, and that it was $320 and when I went to pay me they took out $350. Not $320 like he told me. When the mechanic comes back he tells me that it wasn't the pulley that it was the alternator and these people gave me a wrong diagnosis after they charged me $350 they wanted to charge me $900 for a new alternator that is $900 more for the bad diagnosis that they themselves gave. I complained to them and they didn't want to give me my money back. Angry, I left without a solution because they never changed anything and the noise is still even louder. Please share all this so that these scammers do not continue deceiving people. Yes I left indignant, the point that they didn't know is that I am a mechanic and I know what awaits them when we go to court.

They don't work on transmission there. So it was suggested that I Google transmission mechanics. That was helpful.

I had went here to this shop thinking it was a good place to go for an alignment no I was wrong first the owner told me that I need new tires stating they had no tread which they clearly did. So then afterwards he states oh why do you need an alignment ? and I’m like because I need one it’s been a while. So he still tries to up sell me and when I wanted to leave and go somewhere else he insisted that I stay and let them do the alignment which they never did. Just took my money and ran off acting like they did a good job. My car still felt the same as I had dropped it off smh. Better off not wasting my money here again. No morals or principles of their work.

This is my go to mechanic Gf car was having issues and they went above and beyond to make sure she was safe They didnt take advatage of her or push her like the dealerships try to. Very impressed with the shops new equipment and aggressive pricing
