Chris was informative about some specials they had going on for upgrades that weren't posted. I of course took advantage of those deals. Staff was nice. They were busy so it took a little longer, so they created an experience where I didn't mind waiting.

We have visited other Take 5 Oil Change locations in our area but the Winter Haven location provided us with the BEST service EVER!!! Jojo and Brianna were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will DEFINITELY drive the extra distance to patronize their business!!!

Take 5 seems to be missing a zero in the name.. 55 mins of sitting in a bay is crazy and they “cheat” the franchise target of 15 mins by only scanning your car right before they start it vs the time they pull you inside

The guys did a great job. Very professional and prompt service. I gave 4 stars because they forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid and don’t offer tire rotation. This is a good location with good service.

These ppl are crooks..we went in to get a oil change..first they claim that they didn’t have the cheaper oil and we had to go with the more expensive..ok no problem..then we were told we have a small oil leak (we don’t had it checked out) so the next month my car is making noise like there is no oil..husband checked it and there is absolutely no oil..we call them and the girl agreed that they didn’t put the amount of oil needed or no oil at all because there was not one drop of oil in the oil area so where did the oil go..oil just don’t disappear..we did a claim and they never contacted us been almost two weeks..I’ll never go there been told by others after this incident that these ppl are crooks and that is what they do..so beware you have been warned

Every time I have gone for my oil change I have had to wait for over an hour in line. This last time of service was not good. The employees seemed burned out like they didn’t even want to be there and did bare minimum. I don’t feel confident my oil change was done with the best of care and will start doing it on my own going forward. When your spending $135+ on an oil change the least they can do is assure your topped of with windshield washer fluid. I’m also pretty sure they didn’t even use all the containers of oil as should to save on cost too. Pretty shady practice.

My girlfriend had an incredibly frustrating experience at Take 5 Oil Change #475 in Winter Haven, FL. Her car went in for a simple oil change with no prior issues to the engine or radiator, but they talked her into additional services, including a $140 radiator flush. Not long after, her radiator started leaking badly. When I inspected the issue, I found that the radiator hose had been nearly blown off, causing a steady leak that would leave her vehicle completely dry within a day. I called to speak with the manager about the problem, explaining the issue and what had happened. The manager responded by asking, "Oh, are you so-and-so?" I clarified that I wasn’t that person, and then proceeded to describe the situation in detail. The manager assured me that my girlfriend would be taken care of and that everything would be corrected. However, when she returned to the shop as instructed, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming it wasn’t their fault and that they couldn’t do anything to help. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional, especially after the assurances we were given. Her car entered this shop in perfect working order, and it left with a major problem they caused but refused to address. We even have the receipt to prove the prices charged, including the $140 radiator flush, which only adds to the frustration. After looking into this further, I’ve discovered that my girlfriend isn’t the only one having issues with this location. Other customers have reported similar problems, which makes it clear this isn’t an isolated incident but part of a larger pattern of poor service and lack of accountability. It’s clear this location prioritizes upselling unnecessary services over providing quality care. Not only did their work leave her vehicle in worse condition, but their refusal to stand behind their services has left us with additional repair costs and a lot of frustration. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about this experience to ensure this issue is documented and to warn others. If you’re considering using this place, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Between the inflated charges, poor workmanship, and lack of accountability, this experience was a complete disaster.

This was my second time getting my oil change only to find out, they put the more expensive oil in my car. First time I wasn't charged the difference, but now they want me to pay for the expensive oil since it's already been put unknowingly in. I'm very dissatisfied!

Totally disappointed, lack of responsibility! I have been without my only vehicle that can accommodate my 5 children for 2 weeks. We went for an oil change for my 2022 Pathfinder on January 9 around 4pm. When we left and went to get groceries, the car started stalling and had the check engine light. We tried to call Take 5 but no one answered. So, we went back to Take 5 around 6 and the technician on duty checked it and said "that everything looked normal, that it could be something dirty and to give it some time.” As soon as we left there, we stopped at Auto Zone to scan the codes since we did not take the technician's word for everything the vehicle was doing. At this time, it is already night and we are trying to get home since my husband and I are with our 5 children in the car. We get stuck on highway 17 and it turned off on us, and we finally manage to get it home since everything is closed at night. The next morning, we towed the car to Hill Nissan for a diagnosis. The Nissan technicians found that my car was filled up to more than twice as much needed, in critical oil levels, and there was oil in places where there shouldn't be any oil. As a result of all this, some of the transmission was affected and now asking 7k in repairs. We contacted Take 5 and they said that we should contact Fleet Response, that's when our nightmare intensified. Nobody answers phone calls, it's difficult to get ahold of somebody, nobody knows anything, they're not even mechanics. When my husband tried to speak to a manager on duty at Take 5 (since nobody gives us a response at Fleet Response), he realized that it was the same manager who says she filled our vehicle and claims that she did not overfill it, affecting the claim due to her dishonesty, when the evidence shows the opposite. To add to all of this, there is supposedly no director, general manager or owner of the store that we can speak to about this manager. We've been in this inconvenience for 2 weeks, Fleet Response says that they are not liable for the damage caused to the vehicle. A vehicle that arrived at Take 5's shop without any screen codes before the oil change, which their technician could see and after the oil change it began to have codes and is now inoperable. All of this after receiving all the reports and findings from Nissan technicians. We are not asking for compensation or anything extra, just to fix what was damaged after Take 5 serviced our vehicle. We have spend more than 1k already in all of this trying to figure out what is wrong. This is my family vehicle, the only one we have of 3rows to transport all my children, which is always maintained regularly and we have been Take 5 customers for years, including my friends and family. Needless to say, I do not recommend them, and I will continue to share my awful experience. We are human and people make mistakes, but I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability and fixing a problem that they honestly caused.

Everyone at the location is absolutely amazing. I will take my car nowhere else for the oil change. I could drive to Cleremont and get a free oil change but I do not, I would rather go to take five in Winter Haven
