DO NOT USE EVER! Horrible we just got oil changed and drove 14 miles smelled oil and it is everywhere..trying to call customer service been hung up on several times. DO NOT USE EVER !! OVER 4 QTS OF OIL POURED OUT OF JEEP IN 14 MILES.. NO CALL ANSWER AT STORE..DEMOND DISTRICT MGR NO CALL back..CORPORATE HANGS UP ON US. Went to another take 5 in St Pete to get help after zero help from corporate morons..they had to add over 4 quarts back in..all fluids empty..Gunn rd did nothing but destroy See below for pics of oil that poured out of car...the rest is all over our vehicle ! 2023 JEEP RUINED ZERO RESPONSE FROM MGR ..DISTICT MGR OR CORPORATE! CAN YOU SAY LAWUIT! Take 5 Does not care about u or you vehicle!!

Had my oil changed today in my jeep. Drove 14 miles and lost over 4.quarts of oil. Called the phone number for the location only to get a customer service. They were absolutely no help and even hung up on me. Called again to be transferred to a mail box the was full and could not accept messages. After about a hour of calling spoke to a person that's said the regional manager would contact me right away on this. 10 hours later NOTHING. Drove to a nother take 5 and they said I was over 4 quarts low and my jeep is covered in oil. Washer fluid was empty, coolant was low and tire pressure was off. These were never checked at the Gunn rd location. And like I Siad over 10 hours later no phone call from the so-called regional manager. What a great group of people that have working for this company. I wouldn't take my land mower to this place for oil....what a joke please stay as far away from these places as you can!!

I love being able to wait in the car while the oil gets changed, filters and wipers checked, and tires inflated. It seems to me it’s a little pricier than other places but it’s worth it to not have to drop the car off or wait a long time. The staff (and Carrol the manager) was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely return to this location ( Gunn Hwy near Anderson Rd. )

Carroll, Hunter, and Nikki were all very friendly and helpful; Hunter did a great job changing the oil and engine filter in my car, and Carroll was very accommodating and understanding of my car's individual needs. The service was quick and the price wasn't bad at all. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing service!! I have always gone to Take5 but I will only to go to this location. Hunter was wonderful! I had an appointment to go to and he got me in and out so I wasn’t late. He was also the only one to inform me of my cabin air filter needing to be replaced. Thank you Hunter :)

As a woman, I’ve always dreaded dealing with anything car-related because I often feel like I might be taken advantage of. But my experience at Take 5 Oil Change with Hunter completely changed that for me. Hunter was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and never once pressured me into anything. Instead, he focused on educating me, which I really appreciated. Take 5 is known for quick service, but this visit stood out because of Hunter’s exceptional customer care. He truly went above and beyond, and it made all the difference. Lightning fast, polite, and thorough. I got an oil change and they topped off the coolant and wiper fluid and adjusted the tire pressure. Since I had made an appointment I had a digital coupon ($20) and decided to splurge with a premium high mileage oil option. A fast and pleasant experience.

Not that happy. Your up charges are outrageous. 17 bucks for an extra qt of oil! Rude people, I won’t be back, Ever. And I will tell all my friends how you guys take advantage of people.

The manager there was very rude and upset with something that had nothing to do with me. I pay over $100 each time for 15 mins of service and to be treated like that was very disappointing.

Went for an oil change and was very pleased with the customer service, and speed of the staff. They offered us a water bottle as soon as we arrived and overall it was a very good experience. I normally go to the dealership but I will def be going back here!
