Incredibly inefficient… waited behind two cars for over 2 hours.

The employees were very kind and did their jobs well. However, the location I went to did not have any of their sales sheets in English. Only Spanish. They showed me a price and I had a 25-dollar coupon but there were extra charges for extra oil and the final price I paid was almost the regular price without the coupon. I felt a little bit like a scam. Of course they are going to try to upsell you with wiper blades and air filters. But I understand it's an opportunity that they want to take advantage of.

Too long No 5 minutes job, humm , there go the commercial, no time done , I could have wrote a book!!all that time waiting 1 hour and 27 minutes.

I have never had less than a half hour late, last ti me I went the tool to get to my oil filter was “broke” but I was only informed AFTER waiting 25 min. Worst location in Hillsborough, if you can go to another location I highly suggest you do.

This was the worst experience I had at any Take 5. I literally had one car in front of me and waited an 1 hour and 20 minutes before I got tired of waiting and just left. There was 4 workers there but only one was changing the oil. I will never go back to this location again.

Got an oil change here and it was..an experience. I drive a diesel and they didn’t have my oil and the manager had already ordered some to be delivered. Of course it came super late. It took 2 hours! But he was communicating and at the end he was about to leave and grab the oil himself. He gave me half off (a deal he made if the new oil didn’t show up in a time frame) and honored an additional online discount. For me, his quality of service made up for the unfortunate situation and I expect the next time things will go much better.

Went to get an oil change today and noticed the only thing they were advertising on the marquee sign was 'hablo espanol' so I decided to find somewhere else that appreciated American citizens who speak English

To say that my experience was awful is an understatement. After receiving an oil change roughly 2 hours before closing time, and as I was driving home, my car started making noises, and then the oil light came on. When I arrived home, I looked under my car to see what was going on, and the oil change that I had just received was spewing onto the pavement. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact Take 5 both at the location and the corporate office that same evening with no luck. I had to contact the corporate office the next morning, and after 3hrs of calling, being hung up on, and being redirected to someone else, I was finally able to reach someone, only to be told that I would be contacted within the next 24 hours. It was bad enough that the subpar work caused me to lose a day of work, and my car was deemed undrivable, they proceeded to tell me that I had to wait yet another day to get service. Once they finally agreed to look at the car, they made me contact other locations nearby who would be willing to tow my car to their service station to be looked at and I had to contact Take 5 back with the details. They didn't offer to make the arrangements themselves. Between the cost of the oil change, the loss of 2 work days, and having to purchase more oil for my car as everything had leaked into the street, my driveway, and my garage, Take 5 cost me a few hundred dollars for what they consider fast exception service. I would never recommend this location or Take 5 to anyone.
