They were so great! With just 3 guys working they did my cat and two other in no time at all! They had great energy and I will definitely go back to that location even though I have another take 5 closer to me!

If I could give this Take 5 location zero stars I would. I had an extremely frustrating and inappropriate experience at Take 5 Oil Change. It’s unacceptable for staff to behave unprofessionally, delay service due to personal disputes, or make offensive remarks. That’s what I experienced when the Manager Darryl was arguing with an employee and making racial remarks, the employee “Q” was trying to stay professional but he was being pushed to his limits. I will NEVER visit this location again. Hopefully I can get a full refund of $158.00 that I spent. I also have a video that I recorded. They really need a customer service course on how to treat customers. 2/4/25 I have attempted to reach out multiple times regarding this matter but have yet to receive a response. The lack of acknowledgment is concerning, and I would appreciate immediate attention to this issue. I expect a prompt investigation and a response detailing how this will be addressed to ensure that no other customer experiences such treatment in the future. I have a video that I will be posting on TikTok that took place during my visit.

I am only giving this rating because the staff was super nice. However, the same day after getting oil change, air filter change my car began to drive funny. I called & called filed claim never got a call back from shop manager no follow up. So with all the horror stories here this is the norm. It's been over 6 months no reply from the company. So going back is a no go. Don't take your car to any of these shops because they will not reply or care when they do something wrong..

This particular Take 5 is my favorite (if there is such a thing). I’ve had my last 3 oil changes here. The mechanics never fail to be polite and transparent and as someone with no knowledge about car maintenance I appreciate how educational they are without veering into a sales pitch.

Came to this location at 7 am. Daryl was extremely rude and clearly did not want to be here. The other gentleman was very kind and respectful. Daryl was rude to another customer also, who ended up leaving without getting any work done. I will not be coming back to this facility again just because I don’t trust a man who is that mean and aggressive to work on my vehicle. I hope he can treat other customers a lot better

Made me wait in line for 30 minutes before I even got in. Then when they did let me in they tried to get me to spend 100 dollars on an oil change because it’s “synthetic.” Cool, give me the cheapest regular oil then. Nope. They told me because I had done synthetic before that I was not allowed to go back to regular and so I had to pay them that price. I know that is not true and they are misleading customers for better commission from the more expensive options. Gross

This is the best place to get an oil change in Tampa. The customer service is unbelievable. They’re incredibly fast and friendly. It’s like hanging out with your buddies while getting your car taken care of. Highly recommend

The service was very efficient, professional, and timely. I felt very informed and respected the entire process (which only took about 10-15 minutes). Will definitely be back to Take 5 whenever I need an oil change, etc. in the future!

They didn't honor the promise of a free oil change next time. Last time they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Tire King discovered it two weeks later. I went back and they gave me a post-it for a free oil change. Today they told me they would give me 50% off instead of not giving me anything. I refused and asked for the post-it back and he told me he threw it away. I walked towards his office asking him to retrieve it from the garbage. He refused and stood in front of me so that I couldn't enter his office and get my property back myself. He went into his office and slammed the door in my face. While I was walking back to my SUV he came out with a phone in his hand apparently speaking with the police. He told me he was going to call them. So I called them and asked for an officer to come by. I could hear him going off about me to everyone in the shop. As I was waiting in my car after about 10 minutes another employee brought the post-it to me and said I could use the coupon (post-it) for a free oil change at another Take 5 oil Change location. I called the police back and cancelled the request, but she said there would be a record of the call if I need it in the future. That guy running that shop is definitely a liability and certainly not an asset. I would fire him immediately!
