Don't go to Take 5 oil change. Instead of doing their job they try to sell you additional services. As soon as I left my engine light goes on . I'm sure they caused it now I need to take my car to the dealership.

Great customer service provided information about the oil change the filters and what needed to be replaced. They also explain what items that I need to come and get fixed later in the future date.

The time it took was way longer than usual and expected. On top of that the tech checking the oil slipped into the bay and my hood of the car slammed with his hand stuck under it. Then I get home and I see something sticking out of my hood from the top by my whispers and it looks like it broke and it’s still under my car hood

3.5 ⭐ (extra 1/2 ⭐ for water & offering to check air and fluids) I was greeted by David, then Corey then the Manager Daniel. The first question I was asked was my mileage. Then I was told a high mileage oil would be best, which I'm assuming would have cost more money. I explained my desire to have an affordable oil change using my $20 off coupon. I was told with my coupon my oil change would be approx $60 I was very surprised and disappointed. After waiting 15 minutes I left. In all fairness they did provide cold water and offered to check the air in my tires and the fluid which would have been another 5-10 wait. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived and 1 behind me. I would recommend checking out Take 5 on 54 for better prices and shorter wait times. NOTE: TAMPA locations have CORPORATE pricing!!

They give different prices on the phone than when you go onsite. The lady on the phone told me it will be $50 oil change and with coupon is $25 basic oil change. They charged me $85 for basic oil change and that was after they changed the oil. I don’t recommend it

Beware before you go and get your fast oil change you go and get a very slow problem. Come into your car afterwards they charge me $120 to get my oil change on my 2008 Expedition and after I left by the time I made it to my house All my coolant was leaked out because the crack my heater connection when they are searching for a dipstick for transmission it does not exist I have to be without a truck for over two weeks, try to find parts nobody Carrie so I had to bypass the heater core on the truck was working perfectly before I brought it in for lousy oil change I came to the store spend an hour and I file a claim and asked you guys to find somebody who can fix my heater. I’ve been without a heater because I have to bypass it because of the damage you guys did to it trying to look for the dipstick for the transmission When I tried to get an estimate the damage is over $1000 and I’m really losing my patience with you guys I’m gonna make sure everybody knows about the way you guys operate and I will forward this to my attorney to file legal action and get you guysunless I get this one dissolved by Monday the 13th of January

Came in for a quick oil change yesterday and Daniel/Ianthe did a terrific job. Fast and also took the time to change my interior cabin filter.

Just sat here for an hour and left because of how long they were taking. The employees are dancing in and out the bathroom wasting time don’t recommend coming to this location
