Showed up to this Take 5 at about 5:50 pm, was taken right in to the bay. The two workers, Carr and Drake, immediately began working on my truck. They were quick, helpful, and got me out the door in no time. I’ll go here for every oil change!!

I’ve been using them the past few times! I can tell you as a women I get weary of taking my car for anything! Drake and Carr were the best! Very informative looking over my entire vehicle and found a couple of things I need to take care of, even googling and telling me the best place to go. They didn’t try to sell me unnecessary items”which is a huge plus” showed me oil stick afterwards. Will be going back for sure!!

Got my OUL changed. Drake and Ryder had very professional interactions with me. Not something you would get from Jiffy Lube. I use “Take 5 lube station” because I hate getting out of my car. They let you stay in your car. It’s their policy. This is the Cane Bay location. Their employees aren’t daffy here like a lot of others. It’s diagonally across from the publix next to the Dollar Flip.

After my initial negative experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the response from the owner and management of this location. Chris, the manager, personally called me the next day to apologize and went above and beyond to make things right. When I returned, I received excellent service, and the team ensured my experience was smooth and professional. I left completely satisfied and plan to continue frequenting this location. That said, there are still areas that need improvement for both customers and employees. The exterior lighting at this location is desperately lacking, making it difficult for customers to navigate the area, especially at night. Better lighting would greatly improve visibility and safety. Additionally, the employees shared that their heaters are not functional, which is concerning given the cold working conditions. While customers remain in their vehicles, staff members deserve a comfortable and safe work environment, including proper heating. I appreciate the effort the team put into addressing my concerns, and I hope corporate invests in these necessary upgrades to improve the experience for everyone. Thank you again to Chris and the team for turning my experience around! ---------------- It's unfortunate that I am having to write this review, when I should be getting packed for our disney vacation tomorrow, but unfortunately the experience I received tonight was so unprofessional that taking time to write this review in a timely manner is important. First, please do NOT go by the times they have listed on google as they do NOT follow them. It says they close at 8 PM tonight, yet I was turned away at 6:52 PM stating they close at 7 PM and can't take any cars past 6:50. I have a couple issues with this, but will explain what happened prior. My first issue is that when pulling into this location it is pitch black. I had a hard time seeing where to turn and could barely see the sign that stated to drive to the rear side. I passed an employee on my way to back, this is important... as he never stopped me to tell me they were closing. I inch towards the back, wait a few seconds and then a guy comes out to basically say 'sorry we can't take you after 6:50...' to my surprise I look down and it had just turned 6:52, so basically even though there is nothing stating this policy, I was still within the range they made up, as I had to slowly drive around the building and listen to his spiel before I checked the time. I am certain I was there by 6:50 and would have been at the back in time for this imaginary rule if I could have seen where I was driving or he had come out faster. It was obvious these guys just wanted to go home!! I had to get a sitter, which I planned around the google times listed, in order to go to this location to get my oil changed as I have 2 small children. The last time I was at this location it took a ridiculously long time to get my oil changed, so I decided not to bring my children this time. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service, the lack of common decency, and the lack of knowledge of what google says is your location hours. Any good business would have accepted a car instead of stating I was "2 minutes too late"???? If this is really your policy you should have it listed somewhere and possibly even change the name of your business because if you claim to change oil in 5-10 minutes, why in the world would you turn someone away 10 minutes before closing??? (an hour and ten minutes for this particular incident). Absolutely horrible business practice. I left their feeling humiliated as if I had done something wrong pulling in for an oil change. I passed an employee on the way to the back and he didn't stop me?? Why was I turned away??? Before I even made it out of the parking lot this location had its garage doors down, lights off, etc. If you wanted to go home, just say that. I get that it's cold outside, but what the point of opening this business if you are going to treat your customers this way?? I expect an apology. This was shameful.

I have always hated getting my oil changed, but this is the easiest, fastest, no planning ahead, way to get your oil changed. I just pulled up, wearing my pj’s with no shoes on, and sat in my car while they changed my oil. The guys were super sweet and even helped me with getting a coupon to make my oil change cheaper. They check all your fluids and filters while you’re there. They had me in and out in 15 minutes. And now I no longer hate getting my oil changed, and won’t go anywhere else!
