Had wait a bit before getting the car serviced. The staff there was busy with other customers. Once it was my turn though, great customer service. The tech was professional and efficient.

I went to get an oil change and the guy went to pop my hood for me he yanked on the lever and pulled it out of the plastic to the point where I could see the wires then tried to say that it was loose when in fact, it was not I just got this car less then a year ago and have never had an problems with it untill now they also did a terrible oil change. There was oil left all over my motor and all around the outside. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They suck and the customer service is terrible it almost seems like the guys who did my car were high or intoxicated if I could leave a review lower than one star, I would. I would also like to add I paid 113 for the oil change which is fine however to pay that much and have my car get broken and be covered in oil is actually unacceptable

I usually use this one but I will no longer since my visit yesterday. I drove up, was not asked what I wanted, I guess they assumed to just do whichever oil change they wanted to. I usually pay 55-60$ and this time I paid $80 even with the $20 off coupon. I come here because of the economy price. I can pay $80 at the dealer where I purchased my car, when I explained this to the person who says he’s the manager “Isaiah” he just looked at me and didn’t say anything, he said all the computer says is that you were here 4 months ago. John the guy that performed my oil change was helpful, he offered water and was friendly. He deserves 5 stars. Last time I was there I also had a pleasant experience but this time I regret going. Tell your mechanics to ask what we are there for before they just choose to service you with the package of their choice please.

I won’t be returning here. The last two experiences I’ve had with Take 5 have been pretty bad. They took over half an hour and were moving incredibly slowly. The communication was horrible. And the last two times they’ve told me the wrong mileage distance I will be getting from the oil change. They also spoke in a very demeaning way the last two times.
