If a place calling itself take 5 is going to take 90 minutes to do a regular oil change they should give so.eone a heads up. I've been at this location 4 times and 3 out of those four times I was there over an hour. There has never been a line. I sat in the bay, in my car, for over an hour. I like take 5, but I won't be returning to this location.

Everything was great. Dudes were super helpful and I was extremely happy. Only thing was my oil change warning indicator message in my vehicle didn't get a reset, so I suppose, when I can, I'll have to return for that. Otherwise, the best experience w take5 ever!!

Nice guys but three problems. 1. Took way too long. I was in bay 60 minutes for synthetic oil change 2. They lost one of the screws to out the shielding back on. Had to search for a spare screw to replace that kinda fit 3. They kept saying, 5 more min, for about 45 min when I first started asking how much longer. I came over my lunch break and had to delay a cardiac procedure for a patient by 1 hr because of this unexpected duration for a 5 min oil change.

Never had a bad issue until this past week when I visited the 3701 Colony Dr location. Diego, the manager there is absolutely horrible. He was dismissive and a liar. Anyways, be sure you check your car after the service because what they did ended up leaving me with over $400 worth in repairs.

Very helpful. I received a tire pressure warning while driving and forgot about it by the time I went in for service. They were very thorough and aired up my tire for me and also provided quick customer service and showed me my oil level after they were done. They were very understanding. I will continue to do business here.

I made an appointment at this Colony Dr. location and expected to be there for 15-20 minutes. I made my appointment but to wait an hour for service. Ultimately, I was at this location for 1.5 hours. I won't be returning to this location; they need more staff!

The team would not pass my inspection w/o me purchasing a new windshield wipper from them, even thought they said it was still good, but would need replacement soon.

Took a lot longer than 5….. To be more specific it took over an hour from the time I got there until they started on my car. Although there were two bays open, they were servicing one car at a time.

Waited over an hour, we were also over charged on oil. The receipt showed the regular 5QT oil change but it also showed an additional charge for another quart of oil. The vehicle being serviced is a 2017 V6 Dodge Charger, it does not take 6 Quarts of motor oil to change the oil on this car. I know it’s because these guys get commission on ANY add on sales, once he saw I had the $10 off he put that extra charge in there so it was the same price anyway but he gets a spiff. Super shady, bad quality work all up sales.
