I was a a little past due for an oil change. My oil change was completed quickly. Jaden explained everything that was going, and answered all of my questions. He was very polite and informative. My husband will be stopping to get great service too.

Technician was obviously stoned out his mind. I had to tell him 3 times to fill the washer fluid. He checked the air filter but that’s about it. Said he checked tire pressure. That was a joke. He closed the hood and I had to again tell him to fill the washer fluid and was just lost saying uh oh yeah. After he said he had already done it. Like I wasn’t there watching him.

Very disappointed with Take 5 took me over 45 minutes to get my oil changed. I was going to call the district manager and ask for a refund but I've been out of town for so long Richard Terrazas

Outstanding customer service. Specialist in vehicle maintenance needs. Showed up, was welcomed, and got my trucks maintenance brief, got my oil changed and my 4x4 fluids changed out as well. Out of there in no time and never had to get out of my vehicle. Thank you for great customer service and vehicle needs.

Always a pleasure to visit Take 5 oil change. Very friendly staff , work quick to get you in and out and best of all if you are military veteran or active duty you get a discount 25% I love when companies honor our veterans and active duty.

I have looked and looked for an oil change place that would let me use my own oil and filter rather than having to use theirs. This one does, and it and provides fast friendly professional service. They believe in providing service the way the customer wants it rather than forcing the customer into a mold that fits into their corporate greed. I had them change the oil and filter, the cabin filter plus the air filter. I spent more money with them because they were honest, straight forward and I hate doing mechanic work. I have become lazy with age and aches doing everything myself. I will be back in the same place again when the need arises. Use them for your needs also. I do not believe you will regret it

The Take 5 located on Nacogdoches Road were not on got me out quickly but they did it with such professionalism, paying attention to detail and working together as a team!! I will definitely go back there again

Talk about excellent service. These men go above and beyond. Only came for a state inspection which is only $7 and ended up getting a oil change was there was so wonderful. Schaefer Is a rockstar and so is Manny

Good staff, very friendly and great service. I would have give a 5 star but the prices are too expensive for me. I would get the exact same oil change for about $80 in the south side plus an air filter change and all fluids filled. I got the advanced full synthetic for $115.

The guys did a great job. They offered products I may need but didn’t push too hard on the sales. They were fast, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Would go back for my next oil change!
