I live over by the Rigsby location. I have to say, this location was far better in speed of service and Customer Service. I will be driving back over to this location going further.

Great customer service and care at FM 78 location near 1604. Dart and Michael, as well as, the other members of the team were great!! Respectful, informidable and polite! My husband and I will be regular customers and tell others about this location!!

I had a oil change yesterday and Isiah was very professional. He was very thorough. Showed me the 2 filters, which were dirty and needed to be replaced. He showed me the 2 new filters before putting them in. After putting in the new oil he showed me the dipstick, how the oil was clean and that the oil was at the correct level. Excellent customer service which is difficult to find these days. Kudos to you Isiah👏 (hope I spelled name right)

The guys and girl were fantastic!! They work as a team and are so kind. My car needed the water drain and refill ,oil change , window wipers and the filters changed ,I was so worried of where to go for all this and when I drove in for the oil change .... OMG !!! They offered it all !!! My car drove out so smooth !!! I LOVE TAKE 5 !! I trust them and highly recommend them !!!

I love this place!!! Every single time I come for oil changes or need a vehicle inspection they are fast and give a 110% service. They go above and beyond and the employees are so professional. Michael the manager is amazing and is hands on with every vehicle and makes sure the customers have everything they need. There's no pushy sales pressure like other places either. I've been coming here for years and will continue because they have the best products and customer service.

Went at 5pm on a Friday. 3 bays had cars waited 20 mins before leaving. Another customer drove up and no one welcomed them for 5 mins and they took off. Guessing they didn't have enough workers.

Wonderful service, gave me a water as soon as they walked up to me, topped off my tires and fluids, all the guys were nice and communicative overall a real nice service, these guys made my last service at the Nacogdoches location look bad even though they didn't do that bad of a job they just didn't excell at the customer service aspect like the FM78 location did lol

Everyone was so amazing! The whole staff from the manager to the employees where so friendly and making sure they walked us threw every part that they where doing. Down to topping off our fluids explaining what they where topping off. The manager even fixed my bottom plate under my car because he said it was missing a couple of screws. We would recommend this take 5!
