The young man that waited on me and did the oil change was extremely helpful. He even told me to look on their website for any coupons which was very nice of him. While waiting for oil change he offered me some water.

Jevontai & crew were all stars today. Prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. 20 minutes later, I'm rolling out with my fluids topped off, oil changed and he even went out of his way to install retainer clips for my undercarriage splash guard. Great attitude, great service. Suck it Jiffy Lube.

I am not the type of person to complain however I feel this was one of the worst experiences. I previously got my oil changed at the Culebra location and was told they couldn’t put my skid plate back on. I asked why they said it was too difficult. I have a 2022 Honda hrv, I would not think as a newer vehicle it should be but I ended up having to go to the dealership as it was hitting the road while driving. I initially thought I’d never go back to Take 5 but I decided to give a second chance and went to a different location on Austin Hwy. I had a coupon and they honored it serviced my car and told me I was finished. I get on the highway and hear the skid plate hitting the road!! They told me nothing. I call the location and I get voicemail with no room for messages and I called the main office and was on hold forever. I went to the location on Babcock road and tell me they will look at it after the 3 cars they had but if there is damage or screws are loose I’d have to file a claim. Called Honda and went to the dealership again where they said take 5 left it a mess so they had to clean it up and put it back on luckily it wasn’t damaged just not put back on. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

I have always been impressed by the customer service here. They actually counseled me that I didn’t really need an oil change yet and saved me some $!

I visited this Take 5 location because my car’s alert indicated it needed coolant. The staff checked and assured me I didn’t need any, so they sent me on my way. However, a few weeks later, I went to another auto shop, and they discovered my coolant was completely empty, which made driving extremely dangerous. This experience was frustrating and concerning, as I trusted Take 5 to address the issue properly.
