NOT HAPPY with the service I got charged for 8.15 units which is 8 1/4 quarts of oil before the oil was even poured into my truck. I video recorded the technician and he put 1 full gallon and 1 quarter of their see through gallon. Which comes out to be 5 quarts total so I’m missing 3 quarts. And my truck takes 7 quarts can you explain that to me?????????

02/01/25 I stopped by to get air in my tires. The size of the driveway is pretty terrible. I have a 2006 eclipse and the car is wide and to make it worse, it doesn't turn sharp whatsoever. The greeter did respond with waters within the 30 sec but it was the techs ignoring my concerns that made me hate stopping by. Forcing me to use bay 1. I had to reverse and drive back and forth to straighten up to be able to drive up the extra high bay only to drive through back outside. I understand someone was cleaning bay 2 but stepping out for 1 minute for me to drive through would've been easier. The tech wasn't even going to tell me what PSI he set the tires to, seems like the crew doesn't like working there. Sorry I didn't feed y'all's M5s and KPIs but y'all don't charge for air or water to be fair. My car needed oil too but they just pulled me back out the bay before checking tires, which is cool because I didn't want to be there anymore. TLDR: -Bay 1 is too sharp to turn into (I feel bad for trucks and SUVs) -Techs ignored my concerns -What PSI they put your tires at might be their secret -I only wanted air and that simple service was unwelcoming Don't reply, do better.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I’m normally nervous going to get my car checked, I think I’ve been seen as an easy mark in the past. But I felt very at ease with these guys.

I had a 25$ off coupon that saved me 9 dollars. I showed the manager and he just shrugged and said “that’s what the computer says”. They charged 14$ for the free oil filter.

Above and beyond. I drive a ford escape..it is an under coweling/cover...that always to some degree must be removed either an access for the oil filter drain plug or completely for thorough inspection..if it is not put back you'll later hear it scraping down the highway as little as 45mph. Don't be that guy take it to these guys. They also informed me of a loose bolt on transmission cover...I'll rectify that but good to know take 5 was detailed in their insuring my safety to the extent of their ability...so much more then an oil change. They are now my routine. 1/7/25 update... that loose bolt led to discovered a failing transmission 1k miles before end of warranty...(buttocks were saved) I am now in a new vehicle of 7k miles time for it's 1st oil change. Noteworthy mission mitsubishi included 3 free oil changes but I value and trust this one take 5 oil station so utterly I will forgo the freebie and trust no one else. Make this my 10 star review..5 from first and still 5 this time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was charged $150 for an oil change and cabin air filter and ended up with a low oil light two days later from a faulty oil filter that should have been noticed when they did the test at the end of the service that they never did. Long story long, went through the whole claims process and never got the “check in the mail” the store manager said would be coming with his poor attitude. I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid this circus of a business.

Visited early in the morning and the crew were already to take my car on. They were very friendly and helpful. Plus they didn't try to sell me stuff I really didn't need. I was thankfully for that! They performed everything within 15-20 minutes, and i was off to my doctor's appt. Will continue to visit their place for my oil changes.
