Excellent experience with Take 5. There was an issue with our vehicle and Anthony, Bernard, and Davon went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was taken care of. Very professional and skilled. I will definitely recommend this Take 5 to friends and family.

Definitely didn’t Take 5. Not sure what happened with the one car getting an oil change when we pulled up but we sat in the bay for 40min before our oil change even began while 4 employees tried to finish/figure out whatever was going on with the other car. Multiple other cars drove away while we waited; couldn’t leave because the bay door was closed and another car behind us.

I sent my daughters to go get my oil change.They called me and was asking what oil I wanted the employee was trying to make her get oil I do not need I have use take 5 before and never had a problem this time they see 2 girls under 18 they try to take advantage of them!!! Then while I was still on the phone the employee was flirting with my daughter trying to get their number and asked if they smoked weed and he had some he will give them and if they wanted to chill tonight. Not going to fly with me I made my daughters leave and told them that I need his name. The whole time trying to get with my daughter not even worried about the oil change. I will never go back to a take 5 and I am getting my dash cam video with the whole conversation to post it. Beware the employees at this location by Walmart only care about one thing and it’s not changing oil.

I want to fair , the guys were fine but when I asked for windshield fluid I was told it was frozen and it was lunch time 48 degrees and also claimed the air pump for tires was not working. I was happy that I got Vet discount but felt they were not doing all things your offer.

The price I paid was totally ridiculous. I will not return. If I did have a coupon it would have been over 150.00 that’s price gouging and I will never ever go back. My car should not cost me more than 80.00.
