Impressed by the very hard working crew who work well in tandem. Normally, I like to keep an eye on mechanics etc. Not this crew, they have my complete confidence. Give them a raise.

I literally got my oil changed and I Dorian was a real one. He did my oil change, showed me that I needed my filter changed and was good with what he needed to do. To be honest, never had an issue with anyone working on my car, even when I had to wait in a line. Legit, would drive out of my way to come here if I didn’t live down the street.

Not happy with the 35 minute wait to get asked what service I needed. And I was already in the station to get my oil changed.

Waited 30 minutes only to be told that another car was there before us and we would have to wait longer. The car was not there when we pulled in. No one acknowledged us or told us there was a long wait. Left without an oil change. Horrible.

...it's cold, they were understaffed, and when I finally reached a point the I would receive service (a 50 minute wait), I find out that Texas has done away with State inspections. A sign, a greeting, or something would have been nice. I guess you can't have your oil and drink it too...

Five Stars indeed. Service was professional, fast and friendly. Believe the gentleman's name was Joseph who went out of his way to make my visit well understood. He answered all my questions. All employees were professional and friendly!

I've been here over an hour, there was only 2 cars ahead of me, this is the longest I've ever spent at a Take 5. The woman showed me the air filter and let me know when it should be changed, since I'm in a company vehicle I told her that my boss just wants an oil change. She rolled her eyes at me like a little child who didn't get her way. I will never go back to this location.

Iam tired of these service crew trying to rack up the bill and trying to get to buy things I don't need. I can hear him telling a lady she needs a coolant exchange and that she needs to do it right away, walks over to me and tells me the exact thing saying I have rust in my reservoir, I laughed at him and told him the color of the coolant was orange that I just put in. Your crew needs needs better people not 18 year Olds and Fat girls that don't know what they are talking about the oil change is already $130 and they keep asking if I want a coolant exchange for $140 just change the dam oil and shut up already 🤦‍♂️

Waited for over 10 minutes in the first stall - was NEVER greeted until I began to back out. It was then when 2 service workers emerged from the back, with ugly looks & attitude they tried to direct me to the center stall. It was obvious I was not going to get quality work from folks who put care into what they do.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I went to the Babcock/Hillcrest location for a state inspection. It was the last day of the month, and I saw all the bays had cars being serviced, so I knew I was going to have to wait a while. I could only be mad at myself because I had not taken care of my inspection sooner. However, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I don't know if it was regular practice of the staff to have one person designated for inspections, or if the location proactively anticipated an onslaught of inspections on the last day of the month, but this process was definitely appreciated by myself and the others that were there only for an inspection. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family.

They changed my oil, but they didn’t check the air in my tires or the windshield washer fluid, etc. The paperwork says they did all those things even though they didn’t. Not sure I would go back to this location, since I didn’t get the entire service I paid for.

Good service , crew was knowledgeable. Just beware they'll start tryna run game and start changing filters , etc without letting u know . They need to ask before they do a service and state prices. I was blind sided .

I appreciate the advice on the importance of replacing my air filter. However, I did not appreciate being berated and having my vehicle care habits questioned while I was paying for services. The female employee with glasses acted unprofessionally, and a comment made by another worker about how “women always feel the need to be right” was highly inappropriate. Additionally, it is misleading to advertise economy oil changes if they are no longer available. This should be corrected.

I was greeted with bottled water. Stayed in car. Fast oil change service. Also check n replaced air filter. Mechanic recommended radiator flush. Did that. Used my ride share 15% discount, on top of a $7 off coupon from website. Highly recommended. Well worth it.
