Wasn't as fast as I'd hoped. Could've been faster if they weren't eating chips and on the phone and talking to their friends when they pull up to the exit of the bay.

Best service by far! Quick and friendly. They topped off all my fluids and checked my air pressure without me asking! My filters were filthy but they helped me get everything fresh and clean again! I arrived at 5:50pm and 2 cars were already being serviced. I pulled into the bay at 6:13 and was complete by 6:35. Luis was quick, thorough and polite. I had an oil change, radiator flush and all filters changed. I will return for my next service.

I would like to commend the technician who serviced my vehicle. Despite appearing to be the only staff member present, he remained calm, composed, and professional, even during a busy time. He greeted us with a smile and handled the situation with remarkable poise and efficiency. This young man exemplified outstanding character and dedication to his work. I believe he is deserving of recognition for his exemplary service. This occurred at the San Antonio location off 410 and Rittiman Road on Sunday at approximately 2 PM.

I was never consulted or offered a choice on which payment fee I wanted . The workers just started working the the fee went from $103 to $ 112. The workers talked to me very rude and told me they would keep my change from my service fee. I will no longer to to Take 5.

Staff was very friendly did not get my tires checked as stated on the receipt didn’t see that my transmission fluid our power steering fluid was checked receipt states that my windshield was cleaned. It was not. I feel that the change in pricing is overwhelmingly high time to get the service done was quick and fast, other than that good service, great personnel

Normally they offer bottled water but not this time. Instead of checking my air filter the guy offered me one at a $10 discount which was also unusual. Guy was polite and professional. Otherwise, they were pretty fast.

Take5 on rigsby is the worst. Went in for an oil change left with a leak ( I suppose). In the morning, 2-3 days later woke up to a puddle of oil in my drive way. Oil filter wasn’t on right, Took it back, they told me my previous oil change wasn’t in the system. Take 5 on Goliad had to redo the whole oil change smh. Thanks take5 on Goliad !
