Do not get your oil changed here. This place Will lie to you and tell you that your engine can't take regular synthetic oil and force you to get the more expensive full synthetic oil. My sister-in-law has a 2018 Toyota Yaris and they told her they would not do regular synthetic because they insisted her engine needed full synthetic and wouldn't take anything else. The Toyota dealership that we contacted afterwards informed us that take five lied and that her car can use regular synthetic oil instead of full synthetic. This place obviously likes to lie especially to women to get them to spend more money than they need to. Again, do not come here for your oil change because they are dishonest. They also harassed her to buy an air filter and it took a while for her to get them to take no for an answer.

The people that work here are super dishonest. They will tell you one price over the phone to get you down to their shop and then when you get there they give you a completely different and much higher price than they originally quoted you. They also like to lie and try to tell you things about your vehicle that you know are not true. Things that you have had verified by the dealership you bought the car from. They will also try to sell you things that you don't need and try to refuse to take no for an answer just to make more money off of you. All they care about is getting as much out of you as they can. Overall I would not recommend this location. They are a bunch of Con artists!

Worst experience ever, do not go. I went yesterday to get my oil changed and today all of the oil has leaked out of the engine. Not sure what the issue is yet as i am calling a tow truck now. This is the brook road location in richmond va. Store # 232

Had a slight mishap during my oil change that resulted in me waiting in my car for a short time. The kind worker offered my girlfriend and I bottles of water while we waited. Good people, better service. Thanks!
