My bill was $95 I gave the worker $100 he said all he had was big bills so I was given no change!!! What a rip off. Not going to the location on Staples Mill Road in the Richmond area ever again.

The Team at the Staples Mill location was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and efficient. The service was quick and the entire experience was enjoyable! For perspective- I had two toddlers in the car who also enjoyed it, and the entire service was quick enough that they never got impatient. Thanks Take 5 Team!

The three gentlemen that serviced my vehicle on 1/31/2025 approx. 730 pm, were extremely kind and considerate. They knew there job and were compassionate. They ensured I understood the process and gave additional suggestions. I would recommend their services.

I was advised that in order to reset the change oil light prior to leaving..to pump my brakes 5 times and press it to the floor, while the key was in the second position before start .....which in turn busted my brake line...you should never do this to your vehicle as it will cause a malfunction in the brakes. Shop should have had the machine that reset it from the fuse box. Now I have a major problem just from a basic oil change. Customer service lines are not answering

The technician was rude and threatening worst experience with an auto shop.!! Did not top off fluids or check tire pressure. This guy is. Problem
