The first take 5 I’ve been to who didn’t offer me water, but one of the workers helped himself to one. Didn’t fill my windshield wiper fluid, he asked if I wanted air I said yes, he asked me what was my pressure number. Really ? Idk..

CW and the Take 5 crew worked with almost surgical-like precision. One person called out what they were doing, parts they were putting in, and numbers and another person repeated it. They noticed that different types of screws were put in to something and fixed that. Highly recommended.

Came to get a oil change today this my third time coming won’t be back they had some young boy working very unprofessional telling me to put my window down well keep it down or I can’t get serviced ?? Since when an it’s not what you say it’s how you say it .

Generally very satisfied with this place and is my go to for oil changes. But why would you refill windshield wiper fluid with a type that freezes? Just, what? It's Virginia not Texas

Could not do oil change on my 2023 Audi Q7. Went through 15 min of workup and then they said they did not know how to get the oil filter off.
